We enjoyed the house very much. It was enough space for the five of us. The pool was a welcome spot to cool off. It was very hot while we were there.

I have rented several homes through VRBO. I rent houses to have it privately for me and my family. I will never rent a home when someone else is staying in it. This listing says nothing about someone living in his garage. The owner gave me this information when I entered into the home. Kinda stuck at that point

We absolutely loved staying here. So close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate! Smelled so nice upon entering the home. The pool was so relaxing after a long day exploring the Tampa area.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Located convenient to Busch Gardens we were able to enjoy a swim in the pool after a long hot day at the park.

We had a group of 7 family members. It was the perfect gathering spot to wind down from our cruise. Highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool and play area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and the home had TVs everywhere and had a comfortable feel. The master bedroom has an open-style bathroom, but there are 3 bathrooms in the home so there were plenty of privacy options.

We really enjoyed our stay, house was very, very clean had everything you could think of down to razors and toothbrushes! Was looking for lotion one day was wishing they had it but I couldn’t find it . Although there was one night we were ready to grill and couldn’t find a lighter anywhere in the house so we had to go to Circle K and get one no big deal though? We left it there for the next guest with charcoal and lighter fluid. And not to sound like I’m complaining but I’d like to help for next guests, the shower in master bedroom water was barely hot just hot enough not to be cold so it was very uncomfortable every time I showered cause I was cold but kids did say shower in other bathroom was very hot! Host was very good responding back and fourth! Neighborhood was decent and quiet I just had it pictured different in my mind though? Overall it was a very nice stay very clean and comfortable loved the pool and I’d stay there again no question! Host takes pride in making it a cozy and comfortable stay in her beautifully decorated home! Ps. I love those marble floors too! I want them for my own home now! Lol!

We were very comfortable during our stay. Beds were great! Loved spending time with the kids and family in and around the pool. Very relaxing. Seemed so secluded. Loved having coffee out by the pool and listening to all the birds.

Great home and great location close to USF. The pool was great after being in the sun all day. House looked just like the photos, comfortable home and roomy. We would stary again if in the area.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house! Very clean, great neighborhood and convenient location!! It was very easy to get to everywhere we wanted/needed to go! We were there for my sons’s graduation from UT and this house was perfect!! The pool and entire outdoor area was wonderful!! The host, Nathaly, quickly responded to any inquiry I had. This home is conveniently located, beautifully decorated and a great space to be in! Who is perfect and we absolutely love the private swing set. The little fireplace area was also fun to have! My group was in town to see the Taylor Swift concert, and we were close enough to Raymond James, but far enough away to be out of the crowds. I hope I can return to Tampa to stay again!

After my original vbro booking fell through, I stumbled upon this house. I messaged the owner and within minutes was sent a pre-approval to book this lovely home. I am very happy we did. The house is beautifully updated and very clean. The owner responded very quickly to any inquiries I had, they were able to accommodate an earlier check in than anticipated. My 3 yr old absolutely loved the playground, clubhouse and heated pool. Even the teenagers loved the playground lol The house had everything you would need. When we first arrived snacks and drinks were left to enjoy. The pack and play came in handy as my 3 yr old wanted to sleep in his own "bed." I personally loved the jetted tub in the master suite and the bath bombs that were there for me to enjoy! The neighborhood was a quiet residential area but also very close to main roads and any kind of store you may need to go to. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again on any future trip to Tampa.

We loved our stay in this house! The outdoor space was great, the soaking tub in the master was perfect, and the rest of the house was very modern, clean, and great for everyone. 5 star experience!

Owner has gone the extra mile to make us feel at home in their house. The pool was lovely and heated to a comfy temperature. The beds were comfortable. The rooms could use mirrors and clocks. Everything else was excellent.

This home was just as advertised. The heated pool area is very nice and where we spent most of our time. The host was very responsive to our needs. We requested a couple lounge chairs and the host delivered two new ones the very next day. We were pleased and satisfied with everything. Thank you for having us.

My gf and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is gorgeous and in a good neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the heated pool was one of our favorites. Unfortunately the espresso machine & fire pit don’t work but that might be user error. Overall, we thoroughly loved our time here & would visit again !

Open, bright, clean with great host communication. Our 5 adults really enjoyed the stay. The outside Lanai and covered veranda made outside relaxation great, no matter the weather. The very well heated pool in February was outstanding. We would go back without hesitation

We took Thanksgiving to Tampa as our daughter is a freshman at USF. Her brother flew down from NC. House was so comfortable from beds to couch to dining area. Note it's only a 4 chair table. House is close to USF, grocery & restaurants. Pool was heated for no extra charge,unheard of. We can't wait to go again!

The house was ready when promised and was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again

It was extremely nice and dazzling. There were wayyy too many remotes and we couldn't get the pool unlerlights working till 12am (It's clammed to be a heated pool) and the pool was cold all night. There were half used cigars off to the side of the fire pit and I find that very untasteful. The lamps in the bedrooms were not near outlets but on the opposite side of the room which I found strange. But besides ALL that... Everything was great. I might look at this place again next year!

Our stay was amazing as always. It was our second time staying here. They had made a few upgrades and the accommodations were impeccable as always! We will be back again if we can find availability ;)

The property was exactly as listed, actually even better! Owner was very responsive and even accommodated a early check in for us! The place was super clean and the little snacks left for us were so sweet! We had a terrible experience with another VRBO listing earlier this year, so I was a little skeptical of how this place would actually look in person. My faith in VRBO has been renewed! The neighborhood feels super same and family friendly, very private backyard and the pool was always warm!

This house was the perfect little modern getaway! My family said that the pictures just don’t do it justice! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and refreshing and the house was cooled just right for a nice escape from the summer heat. The owners are very responsive and take great pride in making their guests feel welcome. We will be booking this property again next time we are in Tampa!

The home was better in person than the photos. Super clean and very well equipped. The hist were super nice to provide toiletries even toothbrushes which I’ve never been given at other properties. The pool area and backyard are amazing for families. The area is very quiet and there’s lots if shops very close by. Overall will recommend this house. Already recommended it to my friends!

We stayed at this property for 9 days in total. The overall experience was amazing. The property was very clean and well taken care of. The kids absolutely loved the pool in the backyard. The checkin experience was flawless and very easy. The location of the property was great and next to all major amenities. On the 6th day we had an issue with the AC unit. However, we contacted the home owners and they came by immediately. They called a ServicecTech and the AC unit was back up and running within an hour. Very good communication with the Hosts. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tampa.
