Jared communicated quickly and efficiently. Our family enjoyed the home very much and it suited our needs well. The basement level was great for our teenagers to stay entertained . We also travel with our dog and that is part of why we chose this property. The backyard is steep , something to keep in mind if you have difficulty navigating uneven surfaces . The driveway looks intimidating but was not an issue and has two sides for additional parking and access to the basement level. We were here for UTK freshman orientation and were very happy with this property overall.

Overall, we had a great stay! This home offered a wonderful space for entertaining our large group. We had 4 families from 3 different states staying together, and the large gathering areas made it easy for everyone to spend quality time together. We especially loved the movie theater room — it had tons of movie options — and the pool table was a big hit as well!A few things that would have made the stay even better would be having more household supplies available, such as extra dish towels, counter cleaner for quick cleanups, and items like tin foil for grilling and cooking. The grill wasn’t in the best condition, but we were able to make it work.Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor entertainment area due to rain, and the porch area could have used a little cleaning. Also, the driveway is definitely very steep, so that’s something future guests should be aware of.Overall, we felt the home was a good value for the money, and communication with the homeowner was great. We especially appreciated their quick help after someone in our group accidentally left an iPad behind — we were able to retrieve it right away.

House was overall great! The listing showed the master bedroom have a twin bed, but that was the only real misinformation there was still plenty of other rooms! House was clean!

Great place for multiple family members. Kitchen area was terrific to entertain and hangout. Disappointed with the backyard area and spa. Both unusable due to its cleanliness.
