Heidi went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was always available to communicate and offer any support we needed while we were there. The condo is clean and well appointed with a great view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The location is convenient to restaurants and supermarkets. The complex is a gated community with a lot of activities including pickleball, a putting green and bocce ball. There is a small learning curve to figure out the keys and codes to the buildings as well as the laundry. Other than that our stay was perfect and will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay. The location is great and the condo is super clean and well stocked for supplies. The host is very nice and communicative. She reached out prior to stay and as we were getting ready to leave to make sure everything was good. We all agreed we would love to visit again!

Owner is very responsive no matter what question(s) asked. Really enjoyed our 8 days that we stayed. We cooked in a lot and this condo had all the cooking utensils, pots & pans that are needed. View is beautiful, as you overlook the pool and see the beach. To get the best view of the sunset, best to take a stroll to the beach which is just 5 minutes walk. Living room and the two bedrooms all face south, pool and beach view. Very, clean, cheerful, sunny condo to rent.

My family and I had a week long stay and had a wonderful time! The condo was so nice and had a fabulous view. The property owner was great to work with and responsive on any questions; she made the entire renting process a breeze!

Property owner was a delight. They responded immediately to our questions. The view of the pool and the beach is lovely. The condo is convenient to the beach and by car to anywhere we wanted to go. We were there the first week of June and were surprised at how free of crowds it was- high season is apparently in the winter, and some establishments close in mid summer for hurricane season- I would highly recommend going in May/June to avoid crowds. Would also recommend shelling tours and dolphin watching tours. I would definitely rent this property again.

We loved this place! It had everything you could think of available to you. They even had pickle ball and tennis rackets. We have stayed at south seas several times and this was my favorite unit that we’ve stayed in. It felt like home.

Absolutely wonderful Condo. Updated, clean, great location and view of the ocean and pool. Comfortable furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. Close to restaurant and grocery stores.

This was a great spot to enjoy a holiday with family. The condo was decorated beautifully for Christmas with a tree and lights, which was a nice surprise. Both bedrooms are spacious with nicely appointed bathrooms. The third floor location meant a nice short elevator ride and overlooked the pool with a view of the gulf. The kitchen had everything we needed and enough staples, like spices and sugar, for the week. We would definitely recommend this property!

We were able to walk to beach daily and enjoy the pool. The location is really close to many restaurants and the room was clean and comfortable.
