Questa casa vacanza per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da pendii dove scendere con lo slittino, da piste di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio e da molte altre località interessanti. Museo di Storia Naturale è a 10 minuti a piedi, mentre Noel Fine Arts Center si trova a 13 minuti: lascia il tuo mezzo presso il tuo alloggio, che offre anche un parcheggio.

Al rientro, posa lo zaino, riposati sulla terrazza privata e goditi l'arredamento da esterni. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Oltre a 2 camere e 2 bagni, in questa sistemazione troverai un divano letto, l'aria condizionata e una pratica scrivania. Although the property is a duplex, it feels essentially like a small house in the middle of a blue collar residential neighborhood about a half-mile from both the University of Wisconsin--Stevens Point and the city's downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk around. Parking for one car is off-street. On-street parking is available, but a car parked there needs to be moved daily.Everything was very clean, all the bedding and towels felt and looked fresh. While I didn't do any cooking in the kitchen, it features a full size gas range and stove top and a full size refrigerator. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. A quick glance reveals plenty of utensils, including the all important ice cream scoop.I was there during a pretty severe heat wave. The central air conditioning had no trouble keeping the property at a comfortable temperature.There are three TVs in the unit, one in each of the two bedrooms and a larger one in the living room. I had no trouble using the Roku unit I brought from home.Communications with the owner were fast, clear and professional.Overall, I was very pleased with my time here and will try to book the apartment again on my next trip to Stevens Point.

Sherry was an amazing host and helped us in every way. Super clean, really comfortable beds & linens. I'd highly recommend this rental to anyone who plans on exploring Central Wisconsin.

Chose this location for the second year in a row while we were in town to play 90FM Trivia. Great location, very convenient to both UWSP and downtown.
