Pros: It was very well located for things to do. It didn't take long to get to the art district, legoland, Andretti carts and games, and other places that we visited. We were pleasantly surprised that we had a parking spot right in front of the house on a one-way street so that was a bonus. Lots of places to eat nearby, and easy access to main roads. Nice appliances with a Kurig, French press, and really big fridge. Cons: Don't count on being able to get ahold of the owner for maintenance or anything else in a timely manner. Answers to questions came many hours after the question was sent, the number given at the property for messaging was never responded to. I know it's the responsibility of the people staying to clean up after themselves, but I think whoever cleans the property after a stay should make sure cooking utensils are clean for the next user. Frying pans, baking sheets, and spatulas were caked with dried-on food. If you want a quiet place, this wouldn't be for you, as it is right off the interstate and truck traffic is super noisy. It's also right across the street from a fire department so there were sirens at all hours of the night.

Compliments to the host on thoughtful stocking of things you need while traveling—including coffee.

Enjoyed our stay at Mike’s property. Very clean and location is excellent. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.Would definitely stay here again.

The house was overall good, main thing we had issues with was there was dog hair on the floor and on the stairwell. When we picked up our clothes off the floor after changing, there was dog hair on those clothes. It’s a nice place, not a lot of parking space, but I feel there could be some improvements in the cleaning! Overall our stay was comfortable. With a few cleaning touch ups,, I do recommend this place!
