The quiet
Distance from the city centre, but it was quiet

The room was comfortable and clean. The area is very quiet.
The checkout. I was loading my car on our checkout while my wife was with our 2 yo still in the room. The lady in the reception approached me very rudely and suspicious of my actions asking me if "was still anyone in the room because she was starting the day and she didn't notice". When we delivered the keys she was very rude and once again very suspicioused. Not the best treatment of clients that only stayed for 2 nights without giving any trouble.

They accommodated an early check in. Some rooms are better fitted out and quieter than others.
There was considerable noise in the first room we were allocated. You could hear everything. The hotel blamed the other guests.

This is a very nice property on the Northern side of Lugo. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
It is about as far from the Camino as you can get and still be in Lugo.

Very nice and spacious room, totally new furnished. Very Comfortable bed.
The from is very clean and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Internet connection just worked properly one day of our stay.
Heating cannot be turned off or managed from the room
