We had to split our party into using two units. Units C and D were what we rented. We were a bit disappointed in Unit C. There are no curtains on the windows and the blinds are not good enough to block out the morning light. The electrical outlets in the bathroom were not up to code and the beds in Unit C were extremely squeaky. The two condos overall served our family, and the price is right. The landlord was immediate when we had a problem. And the condos are close to a grocery store and not far from our family event. The price was right for these rentals, but it might be nicer, if there were curtains in the bedrooms and new frames on the beds in Unit C. Thank you for allowing our family to have use of these two units.

Really enjoyed our stay. No concerns here!

We stayed here with my family for a long weekend trip to GR at the end of July ‘22. The listing was accurate and what we needed for this trip. The condos are nice, but dated. There is an A/C unit in the living room, but the rooms got for very warm - 80° - even with fans. The stairs are also very steep so I recommend booking the lower level condos if you are not good with stairs or have small children. Overall, a decent stay with no major complaints.

Great location. Units were a little run down.
