We had a wonderful time. Large apartment with all modern appliances. Very friendly staff. Will definitely rebook for next year.

It's exactly what the pics show.
Balcony faces unappealing side street, but location is central, building super nice, wonderful security to keep you feeling safe & helpful at check in.
Pool is nice & lovely view from there and in upper deck. Cruise ships park immediately behind building.

Buyer beware
The listing stated 2 king beds and sleeps six so we thought we would get 2 king beds and a sleeper sofa. That is not the case. It sleeps four and has 1 king and 1 queen. Such a joke to not have an accurate listing. The kitchen had 3 spoons, 2 knives and 4 forks, a coffee pot and a pan that was burnt on all sides. 5 star is his title not even close. This is my 4th trip to Aruba in a year and this was the worst accommodation. The king bed is not in the master so the bathroom is not attached. The mattress was like sleeping on the concrete floor. The room has windows that face the condo hallway so the lights stay on all night and he has not put up curtains or tint to block the light. The table on the porch is in direct sun light all day so not able to use. There are tv connections and remotes in the bedrooms but no TV's. The building is in a great spot but he has done a horrible job outfitting the unit and he lies on his listing. He also did not buy a parking spot so as the building fills up you might not get parking in the lot. So many other options on the island just avoid this one.

Clean and Comfortable. The staff are warm and friendly. Very helpful. Great location. Excellent communication. Safe and secure. Off street parking. Wonderful amenities. It was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful property.

I was generally very pleased with this rental except for one issue. The good --> lot's of space with nice open living room together with full size appliance kitcken and a pretty big tv. Two seperate good size TV rooms and two seperate full bathrooms accomidated my wife and two teenage kids very well. The kids had enough space and we were not on top of each other all the time. Condo was very clean and new/modern. Excellent location allows walking to much of central Oranjestad with lots of resturants you can walk to. Unit is in a really good spot in the building - you can park in the first floor covered garage under the building then walk up one flight of staires and your pretty much right there at the door - also just 50 feet from the pool and bar located on the same floor - all very convinient. Easy parking enables a quick ride to all the beaches that are just 15mins or less away...so would definatelly get a rental car if your going to rent this condo. We were constantly going in and out of the condo so specific location of the condo saved us a lot of time over the week.
The one bad thing --> description says there are two king size beds. This was very important to me because my wife and daughter sleep on one bed and my son and I on the other. Works well when there are two king beds. However, the unit actually has one king and one queen. Pretty disappointing actually but if the second king bed is not important to you then I'd recommend this rental.

Amazing and Flexible host. Great communication throughout the entire stay. Every need and want met with no problem. The pleasantries made everything more great. Friendly people, good vibes, good food, great location. Will definitely come again. I didn’t want to leave.
