From start to finish it was a great experience. Excellent communication, easy to find, and clear instructions when we were checking out. The house itself was fantastic! Very clean and spacious and the quiet street was an excellent place for our vacation. Really only the best things to say about this rental.

we thoroughly enjoyed this house in Pagosa Springs. It was well appointed and roomy enough for 8 adults. Although one of the upstairs rooms was chilly at night, management responded immediately and delivered a space heater!! The house was minutes from the springs, downtown shops and restaurants. Great location, comfortable home--can't recommend it enough!

This was a great place. We used it as a home base while enjoying daily trips to surrounding areas. It was in a quiet neighborhood.

Loved everything about this house! The layout, location, kitchen utensils, supplies, everything was spot on. Any questions we had were answered promptly and courteously by the service. Great people to work with! The only issue we had was that it was supposed to be a no pet policy house, and we did find dog hair on the floors and windowsill of the downstairs. My husband does not do inside animals, so I had to quickly clean so he wouldn’t see it. When I contacted the service about it, they were concerned and apologetic. Other than that, our stay was perfect, and that wasn’t a big deal to me. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, about 100 yds from a nice park where the river runs at the boundary of the park. It is only a couple of minutes (within walking distance) from restaurants, shops, river rafting, and places to soak in the hot springs. It’s a perfect place for a family vacation!

This is an amazing rental and Lori was very accommodating! The beds aren’t the most comfortable but that’s not a big deal . The location and whole aesthetic of the house makes up for it . It’s a 5 min drive to the springs and about 35 to wolf . I definitely would stay here again .

We enjoyed our stay in the Downtown Craftsman in Pagosa Springs. Very attentive host that went above and beyond to accommodate us. Beautiful Home with everything you need to make you feel right at home away from home! We loved parking in the garage so that our vehicles were not covered in snow and ice. Great Location, convenient to everything Pagosa Springs has to offer.

Our Stay in Pagosa Springs was perfect. The house was just as advertised. It is close to downtown and the hot springs. The property was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. We stayed over Christmas and the property managers put up a cute Christmas tree for us. We will definitely stay there again.

The front step is not good at all.
The hot water kept going off and we would have to go in the garage and reset the tank.
The pillows are terrible.
The bathtub faucet barely has water coming out of it.
The thermostat is possibly the worst one I have ever tried to use., there needs to be some sort of instruction on how to use this , we figured it out but then it kept resetting to 60 degrees in the middle of the night and we would wake up freezing. We all feel sick with a cold after this.
The fireplace does not work we tried everything to get it to work but nothing worked, There is a remote on the wall but to what we never discovered.
