Very good. Cute, efficient, great location. Was not wanting for anything. Looking forward to staying here again next year, if possible!

It would be helpful if you checked whether the tv was working properly before occupied.
Also, the small fry pan needs replacing and a keurig machine would be popular.
Directions re: how to turn on the ceiling fan.
I’d suggest shades on “all”windows. Women especially need this for safety.
On the whole our stay was wonderful!

Property is beautiful, check-in instructions clear and easy, hosts super engaged.
This property has a reseved parking for your suite. It's located within minutes of the main street restaurants and shops, which is super important given the impossible parking in those areas.
We only stayed one night, but's it's easily a place you could stay for an extended period. We will stay here again if we return.

This cottage is in the perfect location (a few minutes walk to Commercial Street, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful), looks just like the photos, and is super clean!! The cottage and yard are very smartly designed to maximize space. For anyone who is curious about closet space, there is a large closet in the bedroom with a hanging rod, vertical shelves, and space to store small luggage, which was perfect for keeping the cottage tidy throughout my stay. I also loved the decor, which created a coastal getaway feel (exactly what I was hoping for). The owner is also super nice and stopped by at check-in to make sure everything was okay and see if I needed anything. I really enjoyed my time here and would stay here again!

It was everything you can imagine and want in a Cape Cod Cottage. It had all the amenities you would need for a fully functional kitchen. The only fault is the bathroom is small and could use better lighting.

The cottage was so cute. Very neat and clean. The back deck was awesome. The close proximity to commercial Street was great. Overall best place I've stayed. Would love to do it again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for carnival week and loved our stay. The space is cozy, but even with two people wasn't too cramped and had everything you could need. The cottage is adorable, comfy, well landscaped, the back patio is private and spacious, such a lovely space to have and enjoy the summer weather. Check in was a breeze, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect, a 1 min bike ride from the boatslip, its a quiet street and close enough to be central and conveniently located to everything. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking!

Lovely cottage attractive on the outside and inside. Cozy and comfortable beautifully decorated. Ideal location that is close to everything you might need or want
within a short walk groceries, bike rentals, restaurants, package store.
This cottage was a dream and well equipped with everything you might need for a few days or a week. Peter, the owner, popped in to make sure we we comfortable and pleased.

We loved every moment of our stay here. It’s a couple blocks away from all the action but when at the house, it was a quiet escape. Hosts were great and we would definitely stay here next time in Ptown!

This cottage is fantastic! It is literally a hidden gem! It was immaculate and had everything we needed for our three-night visit! Outdoor shower, quiet backyard for morning coffee, big enough fridge, comfy bed, and more. Every square inch is functional and tastefully decorated!
A quick 10-minute walk to Commercial St on quiet side streets. Close enough to enjoy all that Commercial St has to offer without the noise! Parking is included right at the cottage as well!
Jim and Peter were super responsive, though we didn't need much, they truly took care of everything!

Peter and Jim have the cutest, most clean and perfect cottage right near all the highlights of PTown. Best location, friendliest hosts, neighbors, and great amenities (lovely outdoor shower). The perfect little getaway spot for you and a loved one visiting Ptown. Can’t recommend more!

This cottage is perfect for visiting Provincetown! It has everything you could need for a nice beach weekend and the private outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather! It's only a short walk to Commercial Street and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful in making sure we had the best time during our stay! No matter what kind of Provincetown trip you're looking for, this is the place for you!

After nearly a decade of lovely Ptown stays, this is my absolute favorite. Quiet, spotless, perfectly outfitted. Beautiful private deck and outdoor shower. Thoughtful details like dimmer switches, indoor plants, hooks where you need them. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Perfect for one or a couple, as long as you like to be cozy.

My husband and I loved Jim and Peter’s cottage. It is perfectly decorated and organized to maximize every inch of space inside. The outdoor shower and huge back deck are also excellent perks!! Although the cottage is small, it’s just enough space for a couple which is all we needed. It’s a short walk into Provincetown (a couple blocks), in a nice quiet neighborhood. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a getaway that’s private but close to everything. Jim and Peter were great hosts and were extremely responsible and communicative. Highly highly recommend and are already trying to plan our return!!

I wanted for not a thing while staying at the cottage-experienced a totally idyllic retreat. Jim and Peter have taken such care and attention to detail in creating a peaceful, beautiful space. The interior is carefully designed and well-appointed, while the yard surrounding the welcoming front porch and spacious back deck is wonderfully landscaped. A total treasure and complete pleasure!

This was our second stay at this property because we love everything about it...location, quaintness, pricing, etc. We checked out numerous other properties in the past and for us none held a candle to this one. Also on the trip we had an issue receiving our luggage from the airline and the property owner was extremely gracious in helping us with issue. As long as this property is available we will exclusively rent it for our visits to Provincetown!

This cottage — a former sea shack moved from the shore and rehabbed to the hilt — drips with Cape Cod charm. It’s an absolutely delightful home base for a solo traveler, a couple, or friends who don’t mind sharing a bed. It has everything you need for coffee / breakfasts / pre-drinks / dinners in — including a spacious and gorgeous patio with a couch, loungers, a table … . The bathroom is small, but it hits all the right marks with good water pressure and long-lasting hot water.
The cottage is blocks from the main grocery in town; several bars and restaurants are in strolling distance; and Commercial Street is nearly a straight shot away. Yet it’s quiet, and feels wonderfully tucked away. I definitely see myself returning.

This is even more adorable, comfortable, and convenient than I dreamed it would be. Walking up to the cottage it feels like you’re heading into a fairy tale. The inside is cozy and so thoughtfully and beautifully designed. Walking to town was quick and easy. Oh, and the backyard space is magic. Flowers, relaxing patio furniture—so glorious. Great hosts, communicative with details about check in and parking. Beautiful all around.

It is a perfectly put together cottage. It has everything you need. It was very cozy and the outside deck is perfect for sitting and drinking coffee or wine. Very nice walk to downtown.

I've never seen such a small space so wonderfully designed and appointed outside of Japan, where they specialize in exquisitely small but serviceable living spaces. In warmer weather, the cottage doubles (if not triples) in space, with a lovely back deck, which looks prime for yoga, front porch with brightly-painted red chairs, and lovely lawn with a bench, tree, and grass for lolling about. It's a great location---we walked everywhere, and very much enjoyed the cozy comfort of this charming cottage.
I attempted NOT to answer the question above re: communication with property manager since there was none but VRBO's software won't allow me to send this if you don't (annoying VRBO!). Certainly had we needed to check in with someone we could have; two names and numbers were provided on the welcome brochure on top of the refrigerator.

Great location! shopping’ food’ beach everything in walking distance. Had everything we needed from soup to nuts. Clean’ so cute’ loved the decorations’ cozy bed’ bathroom small but shower head was adjustable’ everything was provided’ I will be returning’ great get away’ closet in bedroom stored all of our things’ big bonus’ Peter and Jim responded promptly’ easy to get in’ backyard shower’ can’t wait to stay in the summer! Property is as advertised. Very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the privacy of the cottage and yet it was close to town. Quiet in the evening and private deck to enjoy also. Communication with owners was very good.

A fantastic few days spent here over Christmas. The cottage is the perfect size for 2 to relax in a very private and quiet part of P-town. Kitchen was compact but well equipped, we were able to fix up a full Christmas dinner. Living spaces were very comfy and well furnished. Provincetown is a beautiful place to visit, no doubt it would be a different place in Summer but we loved to explore the quiet streets and shoreline. Jim and Peter were great hosts with quick communication but otherwise left us to enjoy our time. Well recommended.

My partner and I stayed at the cottage for Holly Folly and it was perfect. Ample, cozy space for two adults with everything you need to prepare your own food, or else a short walk to anywhere in town to grab a bite.
