Great large property in easy location for day trips to Grand Canyon north rim and Bryce or even Zion NPs. Well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, baking equipment. Unfortunately prior guests left most things dirty so to use the baking stuff I had to scrub crust off first. Grill was filthy and not useable. Firewood for pot was provided but I brought my own to be sure. One mechanical glitch solved rapidly by very responsive property owner/maintenance.

Really enjoyed our stay here and kids liked the theater room.

Great property, fit our needs perfectly. Stacy was great to work with.

This property was perfect for our stay. We were a group of 7 women who went to Kanab to hike and enjoy some time together. The house had enough beds for everyone and 3 full bathrooms so we had plenty of space to spread out in. It has a large well supplied kitchen so we were able to easily cook our breakfast and prepare snacks. It has a large dinning table we could congregate around and a couple of spaces in the main area to relax on couches to rest or connect. There is a big movie theater room and “saloon” downstairs that we didn’t really use, but I am sure is often a favorite space. It is conveniently located to the town where we went for groceries and a few meals. We were there to hike, but the weather limited our choices due to the wet conditions and colder temps, but the owner was so helpful in offering us alternative options to consider. She always responded quickly and with lots of detailed information. I really appreciated her. We had a lovely time at this place and would definitely consider going back soon since we still have much exploring left to do.
