Great location, well stocked kitchen, great condo to stay in for the week with a family of 5-6.

Amazing place to stay! We had a magnificent time staying here. It felt very homely with amazing views of the beach. The condo was very clean and was true to description in terms of amenities provided. Rico was very responsive with any questions we had prior to and during our vacation. We had a fabulous family vacation and would love to stay here again!

This is an amazing home base in Poipu that is clean, recently renovated, has a beautiful balcony with ocean views, reasonably priced and was a pleasure to stay in. Would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay, but there are improvements the host could make. For the pros:-Beautiful view-Great location-Easy check-in-three bedrooms, three bathroomsCons:-Property was missing basic amenities, such as the rooms were missing lightbulbs, overhead lights not working, not all the tvs were working, and the clickers were missing batteries -Cleanliness - The overall cleanliness of the place was poor. The blankets are clearly not washed between guests as we noticed several issues with them and needed to do our own wash of all linens. The AC units have clearly not been cleaned for a long time and I think that may be contributing to them not always working well. -The door to the lanai does not close properly and so it was hard to maintain a temperature in the living room -The property could use updating and had many damaged sections of the walls-The loft bedroom does not have a door so it is important to note this for future guests. The loft room also does not have any hooks so there is no place to hang your towel.
