Just wanted a getaway with my family that wasn’t too far from home . But wanted a cabin experience this place was awesome would love to redo this trip when it warmer

This listing lived up to its pictures. Great private location. Close to everything we needed. Extremely clean.

Pros: - Absolutely beautiful property and would happily stay here again. It was just the two of us for the majority of the time, but this could easily house two adult couples and 5 kids (the bunk room holds five and they could be adults, but I don’t know many adults that would love a twin bed). - Very private and the two neighbors are far enough that you don’t see/hear them unless you need to. They are quite kind and helpful (see cons to see how we know…ha!) - A perfect place to work from home. While it’s not fiber internet, we had enough to both work and also stream a TV. Cons: - This could also be a positive for some, but it was about 15 minutes of driving once you get by the guard stand. Totally fine, but it is in the back-back of the neighborhood. Just be prepared for that! - A huge tree fell across the street, blocking us in. We called for help, but it was clear that no one was coming (per the neighbors: “Oh, no one is coming for a long, long time”). The neighbors across the street had a chainsaw and helped us with chopping up and moving the tree, as we had an event we had to get to early the next day. Obviously not the team’s fault, but know that if something crazy like that happens, the full-time neighbors across the street are super nice and helpful. Also - the other neighbors on the same side of the street. Cannot say enough good things about either of them. In short - really a fantastic property. No complaints about the team managing the property.

This is by far the nicest VRBO property I’ve ever booked. Everything about it was sunning. Tucked back in the woods, but still close to all the resort activities. The huge modern kitchen is amazing, we cooked both days, and Saturday night made a prime rib… it was PERFECT! The fireplace was great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub as well. If I could give this property 10 stars I definitely would! Thanks, and we will book again!

We've stayed in a lot of short term rentals. This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable we have stayed in. What a beautiful property, highly recommend!

Great property tucked away at the end of a road. Lots of trees and wildlife. The house was week stocked and clean with modern amenities. Hot tub was perfect.

Process was easy and so happy the pictures matched exactly how the place looked. So many times the pictures and the place are no where near the same
