House was very clean and well located and in good condition for historical home. Living spaces were comfortable. I feel like the listing should have indicated that there was no driveway or onsite parking, on-street only. I was there for a conference and had to walk across a wet lawn to get to my car each day. There was no paved or stone path across half the lawn. Listing did not ID that there was not a driveway or parking. They ask that you take out trash on Friday night (which was arrival day), which we did. By Saturday night, noone had picked up. Trash takeout required lifting cans out of a bin, which I would not have been able to do if my husband wasnt there.

A lovely property situated in an idyllic setting. Would recommend this property to anyone seeking a true Cape Cod experience. Loved everything about it! Clean house with well maintained grounds and great restaurants nearby. As described in property description.

My wife and I plus our adult son and his dog stayed at the Little Cozy Beach House for five nights over Memorial Day weekend 2023. The home was meticulous and we enjoyed every aspect of it. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a living room plus family room on the first floor. We hosted some friends and had plenty of room. The outside deck is an outstanding place to enjoy morning coffee. It gets full sun and also has a high quality sun umbrella. We had beautiful weather so we spent a lot of time outside. The location is very close to a nice beach and we walked for miles around Hyannis port as well as to Hyannis itself. We highly recommend this home!

We had the perfect stay at little cozy in Hyannis , the location was perfect, the home was clean and the property manager was accommodating , We can’t wait to come back next summer !
