We were in the SLC area attending a fundraiser. ThisVRBO was very close to our friends house, so the location was perfect for us. The house was clean and set up well. Shawn was very responsive to messages and great to deal with. We'll definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with 7 friends while we went to a conference at the David Conference Center for the 2nd year in a row. It's very easy to get to the conference center from this property. Really nice place to stay.

Clean, comfortable, garage

We did a short trip for family Christmas. We had 11 in our group from 3 years to 60 years. The home was in a nice and easy to find location. Check in was seamless. The property had everything we needed and was very clean and as described. There was plenty to do between outings.

The house is large, clean and comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and beds as well as activities.

This property has room to spare. Everything we could need was available. Host is very organized. The host provided great communication. Email sent immediately after rental confirmation. Very clear and concise written instructions were left at the property.

This house was perfect for our family Lagoon trip. The kids had a blast with all the fun games and there was plenty of room. We will try to stay here again.

This home was very nice. It had everything you could want or need. With 6 bedrooms, all the adults were able to have their own room. The kiddo's all shared a room (their decision). The game room and basketball court were awesome. Check-in / check-out went very smoothly. We didn't spend much time there but if we ever go back and need a place to stay, this will definitely be our choice. Thank you Shawn. Terri

Great location, close to freeway and shopping. It was perfect for us (adults) as well as the teenagers with tv’s in each room, basketball hoop in the backyard and ping ping, foos ball and air hockey in the basement. I would definitely rent this house again.

We were so happy with every part of our stay at this beautiful, clean, elegant home. It was easy to communicate with the owners and they responded quickly. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and there was plenty of room to cook and eat together. The bedrooms were gorgeous we loved having them separated on upper and lower floors; the kids playing in lower level couldn't be heard by those who wanted to go to bed earlier. We enjoyed the game room as well as the beautiful back yard and the property was close to everything we wanted. We will definitely be staying here again!

House was very roomy for our big family. Fully equipped with anything you could possible need. Comfortable, super clean and inviting. Will definitely stay here again! Communication with owners was great! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The house was stocked with just about everything we needed. The listing was accurate for beds and bedrooms. Basement bath room was small, but it worked. Hot water worked very well. Beds were comfortable with decent sheets. There was no grill out back. Air Force jets would fly by often and it was loud, but they were really cool too. Neighborhood is not the greatest in the area, but it was very quiet and we did not have any problems. Many trucks drive by the road behind the house, but not an issue. The owner was responsive to messages and nice. All bed rooms had FireTV TVs connected to wireless internet. I did not measure the internet speed, but it was fast and no issues at all. The AC worked very well and the basement was almost too cool, but we could have adjusted. The place was clean.

We had 9 people staying at the property and no one had any problem with noise from each other. We all loved the house. I got compliments from everyone for finding it for our trip.

The real test was when my 2 sons walked in and said "Wow Pops this place is great. My best Bud and I took pictures of the pillow labels so we could buy some. We played hoops in the backyard court. We didn't get around to playing ping pong, foosball or air hockey but loved they were available. This house is well appointed with all the things we needed to act like normal. Bonus: Walmart is across the street!!!!!! Location is so convenient to our #1 fav mtn Powder mtn. Snow Basin is even closer #3 fav. Brighton is #2 fav and is little further. Snowbird is #4. The highway to everywhere is just a left around the corner, super convenient! If you're like us and hit multiple mtns on a trip and you goto SLC, this home is the bomb! We only had 4 dudes but I think this place sleeps like 25??? Naw jus kiddin prolly 12 or whatever Shawn lists is real. You can't beat the price!!!! When we come back to SLC if this place is still available we gettin after it!!!!!! Thx Shawn! John M
