I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home! It truly is just as pictured. The home was spotless and in “like new” condition. Location is perfect! I didn’t need to reach out to the owner because she made everything so clear in her emails and you can find the same info in a binder for easy access while you are there. There are no surprises! She is very thorough about everything! She did reach out to me, though. She checked in with me to be sure that everything was going well! Thanks Jennifer!!! Everything was perfect!!! We can’t wait to come back!

This home is absolutely stunning. The decor is so clever and fun, and the house is immaculately clean. Communication was so easy. We hope to stay at this property again in the future. 10/10 wonderful home.

This was my first VRBO experience, and it exceeded my expectations. It was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The game room and the pool/hot tub were a hit with the whole family. The temperature of the water was perfect! The starter kits and baby items included helped with not having to overpack. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

What a great holiday Vacation! Our family had everything and more we could have needed. We spent some great time outside in the heated pool. The house has so many great amenities. Games room, large dining table, and TV by the outdoor hot tub! A 5 minute drive to a Walmart and 10 minutes to some amazing restaurants and Disney. Our host Jennifer was amazing, communicating with us before and during our stay. So grateful. Definitely hope to stay there again in the future!

The house is exceptional everything is as it should be and the host was very accommodating. What set this apart for us as we have rented numerous times in Orlando and specifically in Windsor Hills was the temp of the pool it was actually comfortably warm and that is rare. We will most definitely rent again.

I couldn’t have imagined a better vacation, thanks to The Pixie Dust Place. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions. The property as a whole, was immaculate, and so many things to keep my kids occupied, and happy. We loved that Pixie Dust had a heated pool and spa. It was our favorite place. Coming from a military family, safety was #1 priority, especially with our young children. Never once did we feel we had to watch for theft, or criminal activity. The home was very well stocked of items we would need for our trip. Lots of towels! Decorations were beautifully placed, and elegant. I would not think twice about booking here again. This place really relieved a lot of the stresses that may come with a family vacation. Thank you for a fabulous stay!! Kids approved 100/10

This house was absolutely beautiful. The themed rooms were so well done. Everything was very clean and it felt so homey and comfortable. Wow!! Pixie Dust Place is beautiful! Exceeded our expectations. We were absolutely blown away by the attention to detail in the beautiful Disney-themed decorations, not over the top but tasteful and elegant! The kids rooms were perfect for all ages, we had 7 kids ranging from ages 3 to 12. The house provided ample space for our group of 12, ensuring everyone had their own comfortable place to relax. The cleanliness and organization of the property were impressive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The thoughtful touches throughout the house truly made us feel at home. The pool was our favorite place to be, along with the amazing game room! The location was also fantastic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. This is our 2nd stay in Windsor Hills and the neighborhood is wonderland. We love the water park, playgrounds, and clubhouse. I must commend the host for being readily available, incredibly kind, and highly accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, this rental home provided a memorable and delightful experience for our whole group!

What a great property, clean and decorated perfectly! Lots of room, and the owner Jennifer was polite and in contact with us the whole stay. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds as several are warped or wearing out, but besides that, 5 stars.

This property was Amazing! Each room had its very own theme with all the wonderful details! My 4yr old LOVED the UP themed room! The game room was such an added bonus! The house was super clean. The host was fantastic. She was there from beginning to end to help with any questions we may have had. I had a guest surprise us in the middle of the trip and Jennifer was so accommodating, and added him to the guest list with no problems! We had another house booked for this trip and unfortunately at the last minute we were told that the property was being sold and not honoring any future reservations. Luckily we were able to find Pixie Dust Place at the last minute and we couldn't have been happier with the house and Jennifer! Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying off property from Disney. Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with. The home was amazing and had something for everyone in my family. We had 5 adults and 3 children and they each loved the house. We are already talking about our next trip to the Pixie Dust home.

We really enjoyed staying on this amazing property! The theme of each room was so fun and our girls enjoyed the bunk room game room, and of course the pool! Close to Sunset walk, a fun place with shopping and restaurants! If we ever come back, this is definitely where we will stay! Our girls even wanted to leave Disney to go back to the house and swim!

Pixie Dust place is the perfect place to stay for a family vacation. The property is very clean and has plenty of space to accommodate a large family. Jennifer is an excellent host. She is always available to assist you while staying at her property. I highly recommend this property.

We are a family of 11 who stayed for two weeks at Jennifer's house. It was great and we had a lovely time. Everything was ecactly as shown on pictures. The children loved the pool and the game room. We would recommend renting the house to anyone, especially families with kids. We communicated with Jennifer during our stay and she was very helpful and willing to assist us in any way. We are so greatfull for that ☺

From booking to check out, this property was our best rental yet. The owners were so efficient and organized. Jennifer responded immediately to any questions. The home is impeccably clean and exquisitely decorated. The owners’ attention to detail and beautiful decor makes this rental a home away from home and a magical vacation spot. Every beautiful Disney themed room creates a fun and relaxing getaway. The game room was a huge hit. We can’t wait to go back. Every member of our extended family from ages 11-83 loved it! Our family of five stayed here for our week at Disney. The cleanest VRBO home we’ve stayed at, it’s awesome. 15 minute drive from the Disney parks, mainly due to traffic by the Walmart. Property is excellently decorated and spotless. The kids loved the pool and game room.

Given the size of our family, we frequently stay in short-term rentals and this is one of the best.
We also happen to be very picky. Everything was as described; large, very clean, well appointed and great neighborhood.
After every stay, we ask ourselves "would we stay here again?" Everyone emphatically said "yes." That's the best review my family can give.

We had an amazing time using this house as a homebase during our soccer tournement/Universal and Disney vacation! The location to the ESPN complex was perfect! The home is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 3 families(5 adults, 7 teenagers). The pool was heated, but there was a cold snap, so we didn’t use it. There was everything we needed to cook and bake; impressive in a vacation home. Jennifer was fast to respond when we needed to add the third car last minute. We will use this property again if we come back next year. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Pixie Dust Place. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was everything that the online listing said it would be! We really felt at home during our stay. The communication with the property manager was excellent. My family is definitely looking forward to staying at this property for our next vacation!!

Great location for a Disney trip. Loved all of the king-size beds. Pool & game room was a huge plus for the kids. Super clean!
Family seating (furniture) is a little cheap, & traffic was horrible all the time (but not owner’s fault).
Chief complaint & why I gave it a 4, is that the owner did not supply ANY toiletries other than one TP in each bathroom, no shower/bath soaps or shampoos, only 1/2 inch of dish soap, & not enough trash bags. Who wants to show up & have to go stock the house with essentials…..which should have been the owner’s job. So much for a premier host!

I simply can’t say enough great things about this beautiful home! Many reviewers have said the place is actually better than the pictures and they’re right! Our group of twelve (four different families with kids ranging in age from 2-9) were so comfortable! From the spacious, well-appointed rooms, to the game room, to the amazing outdoor area with perfectly heated pool, Jennifer’s house was one we were eager to get home to each day. The kids actually asked to leave theme parks a couple times to come relax and play at the house! So there you have it - a home better than Disney world itself :) and speaking of Disney, we couldn’t have been in a better location for easy access to the parks! Jennifer responded quickly to any questions we had, and the community is amazing. We will stay here again and tell all our friends about it!

Our extended family of 12 stayed at Pixie Dust Place over this past Thanksgiving week, and we we loved it. Jennifer has done an amazing job with her home. It was immaculate, had a great floor plan, and included a very entertaining game room for the kids. Additionally, Jennifer was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with. This home is absolutely gorgeous. It is very clean and tastefully done. All of the rooms are amazing. Our family loved each and every room and there is plenty of space, if you just want some me time to relax. The kitchen has all the appliances needed and they supply some starter trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish and laundry detergent. We needed to buy more and that was fine. Our Walmart delivery order never showed up so we just drove up there the next morning and picked it up. I don’t think there is ever a good time to go to Walmart because it is as packed as the parks. We were able to find a Publix grocery store 2 miles away and we were in and out in no time, so there are other options. The swimming pool and hot tub were great. After a long day at the parks the hot tub was greatly appreciated.
Our grands and adult kids loved the game room and pool. We will most definitely be coming back to this house next year. The property owners hit a home run with this house. Thank you Logemann family.

After 3 years of cancels and delays. We could finally make our extended Family vacation to Florida happen. We had a fantastic time creating and sharing memories across the parks and days at rest. This was made even better by the house at Windsor Hills. It was such a great home to return back to after long hours in the parks. It really is the perfect location. It catered for all are needs and for all ages. It has everything you need and more. Owner easy to reach although we had no problems. We highly recommend this house and it would be our first point of call if/when we return.

Overall stay was excellent. Was very impressed with the house. Master bedroom was not cooling as well as the rest of the house. Had Issue with pool water after a couple days, but only used the first day so no big deal for us. After contacting property manager, issue was resolved immediately. Thanks for a great place to stay. The house was just like it looks in the pictures. The neighborhood was safe and so close to WDW. We've always stayed on the WDW properties, but this time we decided to stay off property and this was the perfect home. Hurricane Ian hit while we were staying there so we had two days of hunkering down...there was a large table to play games on and luckily we didn't loose electricity, so we watched a few movies on the many TVs. Jennifer even sent a lovely "hurricane" basket with flashlights, LED candles, snacks, a game, glow sticks, etc. So sweet! We'll definitely be back!!

When you look at pictures online and you say it can’t actually look and be that nice, well let me tell you these pictures are EXACTLY how beautiful and well maintained this house is. We loved everything about the house. The decor and attention to detail of each and every room was spectacular and appreciated. The game room was a huge hit and we spent many of hours enjoying. Jennifer even texted several days in just to see how everything was and if we needed anything. Communication prior to arrival was top notch ,we flew in early in the day and we were able to use the Windsor Hill community amenities. Book this property, you can’t possibly be disappointed.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 4 kids and it was the perfect size. All the adults had their own room as couples or individuals, and there was plenty of room for the kids. The kids loved the game room and the community water park. It is pretty close to the Disney parks which was a big plus for us.

It was very nice to have a themed house. Eveything was clean, the Master bedroom and Bath are very private but the bedroom did not have cieling fan, yet they provided a stand up fan to circulate the air. The pool alrm took some getting use to but once we learned how it is used we were able to cope. We have 9 people and there was plenty of towels, they were short garbage bags and paper towels, but we contirbuted by leaving trash bags and paper towels in the house. It we difficult to understand were to puit all the trash since I never seen or used the disposal system they have in the neighborhood. It not that difficult once you understand what they meant by putting your trash on thr front porch in the Box. All in all it was a great stay and I would use them.
