Tad and Lisa your home is BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed evenings on the deck in front of the fire! The views from the roof top deck were breath taking. The hospitality was so appreciated….Tad’s recommendations for activities and food was on point! Our family will definitely back to your home!!

The home was perfect in size and amenities for our family. It accommodated all of us in a beautiful setting. All we wanted to see was nearby and we were never out of things to do. We would recommend this place to anyone with a similar size group.

As other reviews have commented, Tad and Lisa were amazing. The house looked even nicer than the pictures, with gorgeous decks, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable seating. The location was perfect and there were great restaurants within walking distance. Among our many VRBO homes we have rented, this was the best!! You will not go wrong with this home.

I have to say me and my wife stay at 7-10 vacation rentals a year and this one, from beginning to end was the best we have ever stayed at. Whether it be the easy checking in process, the great communication from the owners, or the absolutely amazing house. Believe it or not the pictures posted still don't do this house justice. Absolutely incredible house and views. Can't wait to book again for next year!

The owners have a great property with plenty of space and amenities that provide all the comfort and convenience needed for a large group. Likewise, the property owners are fantastic hosts who have thought of everything. If this property is available, look no further.

This was the third time I stayed at this property. The house is amazing. 10 of us stayed during this visit and, because of the layout of the house, we all felt like we had plenty of room to visit as well as space to find some quiet time as needed. The views from the decks are outstanding. The kitchen is very well stocked so we enjoyed cooking meals. The owners are fantastic and very quick to respond to questions or issues. I will definitely stay her again next time I'm in San Diego.

Wonderful stay in the Ocean Beach area of San Diego. Home is large and gorgeous with spectacular views.
Photos on VRBO are spot on and everything is in perfect condition.
Walkable area with many restaurants and CVS.
Owner is an absolute gem. Friendly, responsive, communicative, easily available and an overall genuinely nice person. Goes out of his way to make your stay special and memorable.
Took care of minor problems immediately. He had went out and pushed a full size crib for our use, thank you! Has almost every conceivable item your may need available for your use.
Wonderful bedrooms, bathrooms, showers, towels, kitchen, washer/dryer and multiple spectacular patios. Made us feel like this was our home for the week.
Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it very highly.
Staying here was a wonderful decision.

Wow. Where to start. Breathtaking views are alone worth the stay. But there is so much more. Wonderful, immediately responsive and extremely helpful host. Clean, beautiful, comfortable house. The furniture, furnishings, beds (all of them), even the area rug in the living room are outstanding. Wonderful neighborhood and so close to so much of what beautiful San Diego has to offer. We've been to San Diego many times and this is by far the best time we've ever had. The proof was in the melancholy everyone felt leaving. And I'm still hearing about the trip and, particularly, the house from adults and children alike. My suggestion is don't hesitate. This is the spot. And another shout-out to the host: you're the best.

Couldn't have found a better place for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration with family & friends. Large private rooms w/ King Beds & huge bathrooms. Beautiful views from all 3 decks & bedrooms, hot tub & outdoor grill station, ping pong & extra tables for puzzles. We loved how the living room was opened to the outside when we opened the huge sliding glass doors every morning. Fireworks every night at Sea World was a thrill from the decks. Kitchen was well stocked and we created many memories around the huge kitchen table. Owners were very attentive to anything we needed. We were even greeted with a beautiful card & champagne upon arrival for our 50th Anniversary.

Beautiful home with spectacular views. Perfect for our family of 11 with each couple having a private bedroom and bath while the young adults shared the bunk room. Equipped with everything you would need for a stay near the beach. Location was great with views of the ocean while away from the business of the beach. Within walking distance to everything if you don’t mind a hill. This is an exceptional property meticulously maintained and beautifully furnished. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is our second time renting this property and we were again amazed with the home, location, views and ammeneties the owners provide. Everything you need during your stay is included from bandaids to beach towels. You can not, go wrong with this property and Lisa and Tad are very quick to respond! This trip included our 4 adult children and their significant others and they were blown away by decks, bedroom/bathroom size, and location to town. Great house, highly recommend and we can't wait to leave a review about our third stay in the future!

This place is amazing . You feel like you walked into a dream home. This place has everything you need to feel at home but also pampered like a 5 star hotel. We had a wedding that weekend for our daughter and the space was perfect for 5 bridesmaids and bride doing hair and makeup. Can wait for the photos from the rooftop view of San Diego. Its great for a reunion of family coming from northeast and Florida to join together and all events were less than ten minutes away including the airport. Will definitely stay in the future and the owners were always if we needed anything. Thanks Riano family

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property in Ocean Beach. The pictures do not lie - the views really are THAT spectacular, and the rooms really are THAT big. The owners are very cool and the place was very easy to find. I recommend it highly!

Breathtaking house with thoughtful features and amenities. All rooms were well-appointed; the beds were very comfortable. The three outside decks provided anything one might want to take advantage of the San Diego weather as well as beautiful vistas of the area. Seamless entry and exit process. We loved everything about this property! The rooms are spacious and bright. The views are stunning. The location is ideal. The whole house was incredibly clean. And it was thoughtfully stocked with stuff you need but don't want to have to go out and shop for: soap, shampoo, coffee, cream and sugar.......even a lint brush! Thanks very much!

Lisa and Tad were incredible, welcoming hosts. Their property was perfect for a family visit to San Diego for Thanksgiving. The property was fully equipped for a family celebration and the views were breathtaking everywhere we looked. Everyone had a great time because it was easy to get to local restaurants and San Diego highlights We couldn’t imagine a better place to enjoy a family holiday.

Our group had an incredible time staying at Point Loma Heights! Prior to arrival, we felt so welcomed by Lisa & Tad due to their excellent communication, accommodations for an early check-in and having their home setup perfectly for us. The location of the home cannot be beat. The views from the decks are amazing and probably the best in the city! Extremely convenient to walk to all the shops, restaurants and beach from their home. All the rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly need. Our group especially enjoyed using the grill outside and playing ping pong in the garage. Without a doubt, our group would 100% stay here again. The experience was top notch. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

This property was impeccable and lived up to all expectations. The views from all three decks were amazing -- the panoramic view from the living room on a perfect day was tough to beat -- and it made for an awesome homebase for a group of friends exploring San Diego together for the first time. Lisa and Tad did an incredible job with this property: the views, the amenities and the location are tough to beat.

It really shows that Tad and Lisa put a lot of thought into this property being a rental. Not only is the place well designed and fantastic for multiple pairs of people, but the place is stocked with things to do, spices and kitchen items, just about anything you would need but wouldn’t be something you brought on a vacation. Great instructions, great communication, they are clearly good people. Our whole group had zero complaints for our entire stay, and were sad to have to leave it. I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve stayed at 10+ VRBO locations, and this one was easily at the top. It wasn’t just the house, it was also the consideration Tad and Lisa put into it.

First off, Tad and Lisa were incredible hosts. We had everything we needed and they were very fast to communicate with us. Now, the house. WOW. The three separate balconies all overlook the Pacific for the best views of the sunsets in the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Finding a place with enough space, 5 bedrooms/bathrooms, with a view good enough to make ALL 8 adults happy, was a tough order…but this home and it’s hosts fit the bill. THEY WERE FABULOUS!!
Walking distance to great food/drink options, hiking options…and if not, just enjoy the roof top sunsets. You will not be sorry if you rent this home!!

We were fortunate to stay at this gorgeous property for 5 nights. From start to finish, the experience was top notch. There was open communication from the owners and all instructions for the property and its amenities were easy to follow. The house itself is stunning, easily nicer than most 5 star hotels we've stayed in. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is so convenient - and each of those bathrooms are like a private spa retreat. The 3 outdoor decks all have beautiful views with plenty of seating. There were 10 of us and the house never felt crowded. The property is convenient to walk to Ocean Beach and a short car ride to the airport and downtown San Diego. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

My family & I were here for our son’s wedding. The house was fantastic & beautifully appointed. We represented a wide age range & the accommodations met all of us wonderfully. The common areas were spacious, very relaxing, & welcoming. Even had a stroller to take the toddler to the beach!
The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, & the outdoor decks were amazing. The kitchen was the best of any VRBO I have used. I would highly recommend this property for a special getaway for family & friends. It certainly helped make our family celebration a happy & memorable one. Mary

The home was in a fantastic location, close to the beach, downtown, and lots of restaurants. Tad and Lisa were very easy to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze. The views from the 3 decks were top of the line and the amenities included were great. I highly recommend staying at this house if you want to enjoy San Diego!

Awesome house and location
My husband, friends, and I all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. It was within walking distance to an area that has some great restaurants and breweries. The fact that there are 5 bedrooms and bathrooms was incredible and the hot tub on the roof was fantastic. We will definitely come back again. Thanks!

Great House for our Thanksgiving Gathering
We really enjoyed our stay in this house for our Thanksgiving gathering. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the top deck and playing games during the day in the sunshine. Wonderful views and a nice location! We would definitely come back.
