Very nice accommodations

I was able to go visiting the sites of Boston easily since it was close to town. Felt safe also. House had everything I needed.

We appreciated the cleanliness of this property and the ability to park off of the street. The beds were comfortable. We found the property was as advertised, and communication with David was easy.

Everything was as advertised. This charming place was clean and well stocked! The area was safe and fairly quiet located 20-25 minutes from Boston. It was very reasonably priced as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Wondeful place. Cozy and clean + a great host! Fenway is a little further than advertise, but we had an awesome stay.

Lovely pet friendly well kept abode with owner on site. Especially nice offering of apres-shower bath slippers!!!! Nice people...but no place for our dog to relieve himself and almost all neighbors lawns were fenced.

My husband, sister and brother in law stayed for two nights in July. Check in was super easy and communication was perfect. I asked to leave my car there early and David was happy to let me. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet. My sister left her book and we didn’t realize it for several days. David answered my inquiry about the book, found it, and is mailing it to me. Will definitely stay again if I come back this way. Thank you David for making my stay in Boston a good one!

It was my children's and my first visit to Boston and this was a great place to stay. We were conveniently located near the harbor, Quincy market and the T. The host was friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. We literally couldn't have planned our stay better!

The house was cute and clean. It was very comfortable. It was about a 15 minute walk to the subway. Uphill coming back. The neighborhood was nice. People were very nice in Boston.

Convenient to Boston. All that we needed. Neighbors garbage is detractor, but can’t be controlled by you. Thanks for being pet friendly.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at David's place. There were clean beds and towels and many kitchen staples and cookware. David was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

This property is a nice place to stay in Boston. I flew in to Logan and rented a car. The drive was about 30 minutes, avoiding tolls. I accessed the unit per instructions after hours without difficulty. There is a front and a back entrance. The front entrance has a locking door handle and a deadbolt. The rear entrance opens to a stairwell to a separate upstairs unit; this door is secured by a locking handle; the stairway door to the exterior has a deadbolt. The kitchen is well furnished, including gas range, microwave, frig and disposal. Kitchen utensils were more than adequate. There is parking behind the unit as well as on the street. The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo, body wash, etc and a hair dryer. The beds are comfortable, and the unit is quiet at night. The drive to downtown was roughly twenty minutes, and the government center garage can be prepaid online, placing one close to the Freedom Trail. Overall, a very nice place!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation as we spent exploring the historic sights around the Boston area. It’s a very comfortable, clean home that provides everything you might need during your stay. It’s convenient to everything there is to see around Boston and good off street parking is definitely a plus. Beds are comfortable and a nice back porch to sit and relax after a day of exploring. David was a perfect host and available if we had any questions. Would stay again.

So this was my very first experience with VRBO and I tell you this experience has set the bar extremely high for me going forward! The entire experience was absolutely mind-blowing; all the way from communicating with the owner long before the trip (he was super responsive with every reach out), to the unit being ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE, to actually being able to rent a car on site!!! What?! Who does that! And then he has all of these pampering extras that are complimentary included in the unit, like slippers, toiletries, etc. I felt truly PAMPERED AND SPOILED! Our life is such that we will be frequenting Boston a lot and this is my spot hands down! Thank you so very much for an amazing time! Many blessings to the owner!

We arrived after a VERY long drive to find the check-in process a blissfully smooth one. There was even a little welcome bag. The house is spacious and best of all, clean! Everything is labeled so you know where to find everything from kitchen knives to soap. The beds are comfy, with lots of extra blankets and pillows. AC units in each room. And a little back deck to enjoy the day or have a meal. Definitely recommend.

We had a great experience at this comfortable apartment outside of Boston. The host, David, was quick to respond to our needs but also very respectful of our privacy. He provided everything that anyone would need, including slippers, to enjoy their stay comfortably! The subway station is within walking distance and will cheaply get you into Boston Commons. We discovered a delicious Italian restaurant, Tavolo, close by that is well worth a visit. If you want to grab some Jamaican take-out , Fusion Kitchen is tasty. It’s a little hole in the wall, don’t let the exterior put you off, good home-cooked stewed chicken, plantains, rice & peas along with zesty jerk chicken. For an urban neighborhood this one is pretty quiet. We enjoyed it!

The property is just like in the pictures, everything was readily available, this place was perfect for our stay. Our daughter ran the Marathon which was our reason for being there. We took advantage of the Red Line a couple of times, but used Uber as well. I was so surprised that when the weather was in the 50’s & 60’s outside, the place was definitely warm enough inside. Very well insulated so we didn’t need the heat on. I don’t think we could have asked for more. David checked in to see if all was well….and it was! I’d highly recommend this place.

My friend and I had a brilliant experience staying here. The property was brilliantly maintained, very clean and the property manager was very communicative and supportive.

This house is in a great location, as it is close to downtown Boston and the airport by car. The area is also very quiet at night, allowing children to rest peacefully. Additionally, the proximity to the train station makes transportation convenient. Above all, I am very grateful for David's attentive service. I highly recommend it.

We live in a very rural area and had no idea the importance of the on site parking until we got there. It is very important. The house is very clean and looks just as in photographs. David makes available the typically forgotten items (toothbrushes, shampoo, etc) which was a very nice bonus for us. We enjoyed our stay and would seek this property out again.

He was more than accommodating and the place has so so so many extras for the guest! I loved the neighborhood! So many great places to eat and drink! Wonderful! Thank you David for a great time! This property was just what we needed for a sight seeing trip to Boston. The property had everything we needed for our family of five for our five night stay. The property is a 10-15 minute walk to the Ashmont Red Line T station. We used the T most days and when we didn't it was an easy pick up with Lyft. We arrived after midnight and the check in process was easy and smooth. David was extremely responsive when we had a few questions. The house and neighborhood were quiet. It was not close to a grocery store, so have things delivered or pick them up.

I had a nice stay here. Very quiet (well, as quiet as a place in Boston can be!) and clean. David helped me immediately when I was confused about where to check in. I chose this place specifically because they allowed cats which is rare. My cat really liked the space too! Thanks.

Overall good

We rented this place as a Thanksgiving gathering spot for for family flying into Massachusetts. It was a great choice! Super-easy to get to the airport/downtown (20 minute drive) and an easy drive to restaurants/grocery. Perfect family-size table for dinner. :) The building’s renovation is well-done, and the welcome touches (water, chocolate, coffee/tea) were wonderful. The “extras” basket (soap/toothpaste/razors, etc) in the bathroom were much appreciated. We wished the weather had been warm enough to enjoy the porch — but it was November in Boston, after all. :) And as we cleared the Thanksgiving dishes, we lamented not having a working dishwasher… but still, not a big deal. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

This was a great place to stay, especially as a family needing space and quiet at night.
