The host is quick to respond. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and smelled so good upon arrival and throughout our stay. It was easy to get too and very close to the main strip to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

What a wonderful stay we had Sunnydale Hollow! The check in process went smoothly and we were greeted with a lit Christmas tree, Grinch decorations, Christmas music playing and the smell of sugar cookies! Kim and Logan thought of everything and even left us seasonal jellies as a welcome gift. We were grateful they allowed our cross beaked chicken, Derp, to stay with us. Derp wears a diaper when out of her house and left a gift for our hosts- 2 eggs! I highly recommend Sunnydale Hollow! And it’s close to all attractions at Pigeon Forge.

The home almost smelled TOO good. It was very modern, clean, and felt comfortable. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise.
The furniture seemed new and the kitchen was extremely clean. Pots and pans/dishes ready to use.
Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a great time spending Thanksgiving together. The property was close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle as well.

We arrived on a dark and stormy night, to find a warm, lit up home to welcome us. You can instantly tell the owners put a lot of time to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This is NOT the vacation rental that ownership forgot, with broken fixtures, visible repairs needed, etc. Home was in A+ condition and communication was excellent.

We have stayed several times in Kim & Logan’s properties. This is the first time at this one, and it certainly did not disappoint!! Always so clean, cozy and convenient to everything!! Kim and Logan are amazing hosts!! They even let us check in early!! We will be back again soon!!

We came in for the weekend for my daughter’s dance competition. There was six of us and we never felt cramped. The house was easy to find and was very clean. The beds slept good and we had everything we needed. It was quiet and no one bothered us. The owners are very friendly and quick to respond to emails and text messages. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Sunnydale Holler was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The property was very clean, quiet, and safe.

House was very clean & super nice. The bed was super comfy! We loved having the video arcade games available. These were our era. Had everything we needed for a wonderful fall stay. Perfect location! Within 15 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. Area we stayed in was kinda country & very quiet & peaceful.
We would definitely book this house again! Highly recommend!

Two retired Army wives who live about 1000 miles apart came for a few days to relax, eat, enjoy the fall foilage and reconnect.
The location “feels” remote, but you’re not. Very convenient to everything. Bed was comfy. Being that I was a teen in the early 1980s, I totally enjoyed the PAC Man game.
It was listed as a 2 bath, but it is actually 1.5. There is a full bath upstairs, and a half bath on the main level.
The only disadvantages have little to do with the house, and more to do with my bad luck. I broke my ankle a month before this trip. The stairs to go upstairs are wood, and about 14 steps deep. It was not fun having to navigate that. The drive is gravel, which also made hobbling out to the car a little more adventurous than I wanted, but again…not an issue normally.
The owners were quick to respond to any correspondence and very sweet.

Came to the area last minute with our teen sons and my husband. We walked into the door and my husband exclaimed, “it smells JUST like home!” This home was tiny but mighty. Small details you don’t appreciate until they aren’t there, such as big bath towels, black make up washcloths, nice sheets and pillows and a little jam sample when we arrived. Our teen sons decided they didn’t like sleeping together, so one used the foldout couch downstairs and it was perfect.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. House is back in the woods in a clearing near a few other rentals. It’s secluded, quiet and very well maintained. Lovely details and decor. It was absolutely charming and within 10-15 mins of nearly anything we needed. Kudos! Please rent out larger homes, I’ve not seen hospitality this wonderful for over a decade. Well done.

Our trip was short with just 2 nights at this very nice home. It was in a quiet area but very close to all the fun. Clean and and comfortable for 4 adults and 1 child. We will definitely be back for another trip. Thank you

This property exceeded mine and my family's expectations. First, the hosts are amazing and made us feel right at home. They communicated the check in and out process to us in a timely manner and answered all our questions. The property itself is as advertised if not better than the pictures. When we walked in it was clean and tidy. The unit had everything you needed including shampoo and kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having acess to wifi. The most important thing was we traveled with my dog and she was at home the moment she walked in the door and that is a hard feat to achieve with her. This property was so close to dollywood and the main area of Pigeon Forge that we were able to come back and check in on her and get right back to the fun! If we are ever in the area again we would deffinately stay here as we enjoyed our time here so much.

If you are looking for a mountain cabin this isnt it but its not advertised to be one. If you want a place that’s easy to get to and convenient to
everything in Pigeon Forge the Sunnydale Hollow properties are it. Dont let the outside dissuade you. (and its not bad). The unit was impeccably clean and had great furnishings and amenitiies. Bed was plush so if you need a firm mattress this isnt it. Very comfortable and obvious the owners did a great job of renovating the buildings. Would definitely stay there again. Plenty of open space for the dog to exercise as advertised.

We were a little hesitant but once inside it was beautiful, very well maintained and clean. We had a great time and were very glad to have found such a nice place to stay. It was also very convenient and close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

I don’t like spending my time in a car stuck in traffic trying to get to the fun spots we plan on vacation. If you plan on Dollywood theme and water park or other places in or around Sevierville or Pigeon Forge, this is the place. Very convenient to all, especially Dollywood. The place was very clean and we experienced absolutely no issues at all. We had everything we needed for a great time with the grandchildren! Will go back here again.

My wife, adult son and I stayed for a couple of nights and it was very nice. The place was extremely clean and quaint. The rooms were a little tight for larger people like me but since we were not spending our time in the apartment, it served us very nicely.

House was immaculate. Kids really enjoyed the arcade games. Would definitely stay again. So close to Dollywood and shopping. Pigeon Forge has plenty to offer.

Our family went on a weekend getaway to Pigeon Forge and absolutely loved our stay here! This place is beautiful and so well decorated. Easy access to town and local attractions like Dollywood. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners left 2 jars of jam which were both delicious! The inside has been decorated nicely and feels fresh. No crowds to deal with and Dollywood was only a few minutes away. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Thanks!
