This property would get a 5 star if it had the mold situation under control. There is definitely some unresolved water damage that needs immediate attention as we found a mass amount of mold under the sink in master bathroom.
On the flip side - It has a beautiful pool and well-maintained grounds, great security and overall a well stocked kitchen with everything and more that you’d need. It is also a very well located unit, a short walk to the beach. Aside from the issue above, it was perfect for my family!

Walking distance of the each and restaurants. Loved it! Only issue was the cleanliness when we checked in. It wasn't horrible by any stretch but there was still dirt on the floor and some sheets had old stains. Again it wasn't bad but I would definitely come back

This condo was wonderful, plenty of space, super close and convenient access to the beach and restaurants. The landscaping and pool were absolutely gorgeous. Very safe with guarded security.

Maintenence had ro come as the plumbing leaked drains clogged
Pool cloudy and very small
Overall propery needs work amd does not reflect the pictures
Only good things were the nice security functioning a/c and gardens
Would not recommend this place for thr money we paid

We have 3 kids and my wife and myself found it to be extremely convienient. I will recommend this place to my friend and family!
There is one thing I will note: The master bathroom is an open design but the water does seem to stay in the shower and wants to go all over the floor. We were not sure if this was an intentional design so we stopped using the bathroom during our stay. Not a problem for us but it was a little confusing.
Otherwise, we would love to come back and stay again! It was a lovely condo!

We absolutely loved this place! It was located perfectly for us!
We have 3 kids and my wife and myself found it to be extremely convienient. I will recommend this place to my friend and family!
There is one thing I will note: The master bathroom is an open design but the water does seem to stay in the shower and wants to go all over the floor. We were not sure if this was an intentional design so we stopped using the bathroom during our stay. Not a problem for us but it was a little confusing.
Otherwise, we would love to come back and stay again! It was a lovely condo!
