A nice clean comfortable condo, perfect for the 2 of us to relax in after a busy day. A little too cool to enjoy the pool tho!!

Immaculate. Perfection.
My stay here was nothing less than amazing. The check in process was smooth and the property was impeccable. The pictures don’t do the property justice at all. It overlooks the pool, has an open concept living space and it is beautifully decorated. The hosts are an absolute joy and were able to accommodate my late check out as I was in the area for a work conference. The location was also ideal for local tourist attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, the Duplin Winery, Tanger Outlets, and local shops like Food Lion, Target, CVS, etc. Without a shadow of a doubt, this property will be one I will book in the future for work conferences as well as leisure activities. Thank you Derek!!!

Such a beautiful property, so much bigger than I expected. Everything was really clean, was so nice to have my baby crawl all over and know he was safe. Bed was really comfortable, everyone slept well. Would absolutely recommend this property!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was great! It was small, but not too small. Perfect for a couple but has a pull out couch bed if you need more space. Great location, close to attractions and highway but you cant hear the highway. Very peaceful. 20/10 recommend

We enjoyed ourselves on this property. It was clean, close to the beach and the pool was right out back. Host, Derek was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway. We will be back

Property was exactly as listed! Location was perfect! 5 mins to beach, 5 mins to Broadway at the Beach. We enjoyed the pool several days! Only complaint is the washer. It takes about 4 hours to do one load.

This condo was amazing. It was very clean and organized/cozy. It is located near everything in Myrtle Beach. There was plenty of restaurants nearby and other shops, plus it was only like 5 minutes from the beach. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach we would definitely stay here again!

This trip was our first time at Myrtle Beach; this location was perfect for the beach and the different attractions at Myrtle Beach. Check-in was super easy and very convenient. The apartment was beautiful and well-kept! Communication with the owner was a quick text away! Thanks for an excellent time!

I stayed at this property from April 12-17 for a sorority conference. The property was just like the photos detailed and it was on a nice quiet neighborhood. The property was spacious and clean. Mr. Derek was helpful through the process of renting. I would definitely recommend to others. I will definitely rent again if I come back to Myrtle Beach.

From the start with conversing with Derek, it was a pleasure. We came from Jacksonville, stopped in Charleston and then headed to Myrtle Beach. Although we couldn't check in on the day we arrived in SC due to prior occupancy, Derek was gracious enough to allow us to check in 2 hours early the next day. The condo was magnificent, comfortable and very well maintained... one of the BEST vacation homes I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot from NC to Orlando)! I would encourage anyone, whether it's a couple or a family of 4 to choose this property. Thank you Derek for such a wonderful place away from home!!

We were totally satisfied with the lovely premises, the set up for easy efficient arrival, departure processes and our accessibility to the owner if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone we know who is looking for a lovely vacation spot in Myrtle Beach.

The condo was beautiful and in a good location. Please be aware that you are required to wash all towels and bedding before you checkout. This was a difficult thing for us because we had a long drive and planned to leave early. The washer / dryer combo is tiny and overflows if only 3/4th full, so it took multiple loads and delayed our leaving by several hours. Other than that one thing, the condo was great.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at this condo. We were pleased to see that everything is exactly as pictured and listed. We liked its central location in Myrtle Beach. Both this condo and the whole complex was very clean and well maintained. Derek was a joy to work with. His communication was always very timely and helpful. We plan to return.

The owner showed me early on that he was reasonable, and willing to work with you. Communication was simple, and he ALWAYS responded in a timely manner. The property was spotless, and I would absolutely recommend staying there.
