Had a great time at the house for a long weekend with family. The location near the water and being so close to Newport was great. House was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed Matt and Rebecca’s North Kingston home! Very comfortable with all the amenities. Wonderful location with easy access to both Newport and Narragansett in a private peaceful setting. The find of the trip was a wonderful little restaurant “Jiggers South” located nearby!

Beautiful Home - Exceptional Location

Decided to stay a few days in Rhode Island after we moved our son into URI. The location was great. A nice quiet neighborhood and just a very short walk to a quaint and quiet beach with boat launch. The house is immaculate and well stocked with everything you need for your stay including plenty of streaming channels and TV’s. Matt responds to all messages promptly. Highly recommend this property!

A wonderful home for our three generational family to enjoy. Beautiful setting and plenty of space for the children and adults to spread out. Access to the Bissel Cove was a short walk and provided hours of entertainment for all. We look forward to returning next summer.

The house was wonderful-comfy and ideally located near salt pond and cove where family could fish and boat. Kayak and paddle board available. Beds were so nice and everyone slept well. Matt was very responsive to any and all requests. Quiet neighborhood with lovely, picturesque views. Highly recommended.

Property is spacious, modern, clean and in a great location. Had a wonderful time here. The host was also great at communicating before and during our stay. Very nice experience!

Having stayed at many rentals , I was impressed with this lovely home. We were welcomed with treats and a bottle of wine . The kitchen is well appointed (coffee, tea, spices), bedrooms and bathrooms clean, excellent laundry supplies. We were a family of 7- 2 little ones ( ages 5,8) who loved the kids trundle bed. Very comfortable . The area is very quiet( residential); the beach is stony and more suitable for paddle boarding or kayaking ( altho we didn’t do either). We had to travel 20-30 minutes for a sandy beach day. There is a corner minimart ; a bit of a drive to major shopping (: food or otherwise). Would recommend for a quiet restful holiday.

Highly recommend, very spacious very hospitable very well stocked, beds very comfortable, contacted owner a few times about questions and he responded within minutes, we were there during a heat wave and the house was very cool the entire time , we had a Great time in Rhode Island and loved the house

Private retreat on the bay
We have been visiting Rhode Island, especially this area for 17 years, and our hearts were overjoyed with this property selection for 2022. The house decor is well-appointed with their furnishings to the selection of decorative pieces in every room. Waking up in the morning to my personal Snow Egrets cascading on the bay while we were having breakfast was picturesque. We plan on attending Matt's property again and I highly recommend their beautiful home to anyone that wants a private vacation or holiday.

Perfect getaway
This was a great property right on the water in N.Kingston. it was close enough to spend some time in Newport or Jamestown. Nearby town Wickford also great option with excellent local restaurants.

Loved the location of this house right across from the bay. Many new amenities, house has everything needed for a great stay and a very attentive property manager.
