So beautiful! Morning coffee in the hot tub watching the sunrise over the vineyard was breathtaking. Definitely the perfect wine county stay.

Will start with few good things to be objective. Nice location, the vineyards and outdoor is beautiful, family room/kitchen is the only nice and clean place. That's it.
The rest of the house is very old, pretty dirty, cracked, malfunctioning or outdated. 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom where appliances were old and malfunctioning most of the times.
The bedrooms itself were pretty unclean, linen/pillows where smelly and stained, furniture was old.
The guest house,(well if you can call it house) was unclean - cheap transfer of barn into livable space. Needed major repair of everything, smelled really bad, walls needed to be repainted, floors were dirty. Linen and pillows old and dirty.
Now, most important - the toilet! Before even considering this house, make sure make your own research on Separett "waterless toilet" . This is toilet that we have never seen and could imagine to see in any develop country. This is toilet that you clean up yourself after each time you go there for any reason.
We ended up not to use this toilet and family who stayed in guest house, have chosen to drive to nearby coffee shop for toilet. This is ridiculous for a house that charges you almost $2000 per night.
.....the gate remote key never worked.... Internet was not working - then was fixed....Jacuzzi was warm, but did not look very clean..
Overall, this is probably good place for cheap extreme tourism, but not upscale vacation property as it described. Very overpriced for not very neat, broken, outdated house.
Though , hosts were most of the time kind and responsive, did not solve most of the issues. Disappointing experience.

This was a great stay! It was four couples and we were celebrating a birthday. The property was very clean and also unique as its in a vineyard. The host was very helpful and answered very quickly to questions. Location was convenient. Would highly recommend this property and we will plan to stay here again.

We had everything we needed to ensure our stay was relaxing and rejuvenating. The pool was perfect! Plenty of room for our friend group to eat, stay and play. Very satisfied!

We visited the property as part of a surprise birthday trip for my wife. The house was fantastic, our group had plenty of space and loved using the pool to cool off on some hot days. The owner was extremely responsive to anything that we needed and the location was convenient to explore Napa and Sonoma. We will be staying here the next time we visit wine country and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay!

We celebrated my best friend's bachelorette here and had the most amazing time! Hosts were fantastic (and even left us a couple of bottles of rosé made from grapes grown there on the property!). The property was clean and so pretty, and the kitchen was great for the night we stayed in!
Highly recommend this property and the hosts, who were so easy to reach and great to communicate with!

We were three couples who were welcomed to this house with wine made from the vineyards on the property. We stayed in three bedrooms, including the Pool House, and there was still one to spare). We made use of the Sun Room/Pool Room to get massages from a massage therapist recommended by the Host. Yes, massages!! We used the hot tub although it was too chilly to use the pool when we were there.
Our hosts recommended all the “Best Eats” in Sonoma and shared their “greatest hits of things” to see, chefs to hire, and vineyards to try. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to our questions.
From a logistical perspective, we were able to walk into town/grocery, drink at Sigh, rent bikes at Sonoma Adventures, and eat at several venues.

We were three couples who were welcomed to this house with wine made from the vineyards on the property. We stayed in three bedrooms, including the Pool House, and there was still one to spare). We made use of the Sun Room/Pool Room to get massages from a massage therapist recommended by the Host. Yes, massages!! We used the hot tub although it was too chilly to use the pool when we were there.

We were four couples and it was a lovely house with great gathering spaces both outside and in. The open floor plan was perfect for dinners in and the outside space worked perfectly for outdoor happy hours. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool and spa, but it was March so we really weren't expecting to. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with which always provides a great level of comfort when renting a property.

Let me begin by stating that the owner was very communicative and helpful before arrival. There were balloons and a bottle of bubbly and a nice note for the friend celebrating her birthday. Unfortunately, the actual property was not as the photos portrayed it to be. What was supposed to be a celebration was hampered by the disappointment of the property.The house was in need of repair and thorough cleaning. The upholstery was stained , bed linens stained and ripped, screens ripped, marred walls...just what should have been general maintenance was not done. The advertised 4th bedroom area would have been fine except for the bathroom. A better explanation of the toilet and what to expect would have been nice. The shower was dented and leaked.
The hot tub did not appear to have been cleaned properly so we were unable to use it the first day.
The house and property were not a very welcoming sight when we drove up! The proximity to Sonoma was nice but we had to drive everywhere and not walkable into town as was inferred by the description.
There were some nice touches, but the disrepair overshadowed them. unfortunately I would not recommend this house for the amount of money they are charging.

The property is just lovely. The epitome of wine country living. The main house was full of everything we could ask for - even games for the adults as well as kids in our group. Each bedroom was quite comfortable and plush. The bathrooms were also great - especially the master. We absolutely loved the steam shower.
The outside living was perfect! We didn't get a chance to use the pool because of the rain; but we really loved that it had an electric cover. The hot tub was great and we loved sitting in it with the vineyards surrounding us.
Communicating with DW was easy and a pleasure. We had a couple questions before we arrived and when we were there and each time she was responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the pre-arrival questions she had and how she used our responses to prepare for our stay.
All in all, we spent more time at the property than we expected. We definitely want to return and experience the warm weather here next time. Thank you!
