This condo was a Perfect size for a couple and the location is outstanding. A few minutes scenic walk to the beach and close to everything. We specifically enjoyed the screened in porch for our morning coffee. Tyler the Host was wonderful to work with and made the stay that much more pleasurable. We will definitely stay here again at our next visit to Kiawah Island. I would absolutely recommend this condo.

Good but not great

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated several things about this rental. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go. The property itself was clean upon arrival, and we especially enjoyed the private screened-in porch, which was a relaxing place to unwind. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella & wagon was a nice bonus.Unfortunately, there were a couple maintenance issues that affected our stay. The toilet would not flush our first night, and we ended up fixing it ourselves so it would be usable. In addition, there were a few other items around the property that were not functioning properly, suggesting that routine maintenance is being overlooked. With better attention to repairs and upkeep, this property could easily provide a five-star experience. The location and amenities are excellent, but addressing maintenance issues before guests arrive would make a significant difference.
