The hosts were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable!
The variety of foods offered at the continental breakfast were a great way to start the day. The breakfast area is very light, bright and welcoming.
Pool was clean and well kept.
We enjoyed the 3 block walk to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise.
Room was spacious and clean. The room A/C was a little noisy and bothersome at night. Otherwise, it was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful little motel spot that is owned by a family! So friendly and supportive staff. Breakfast was great and such a good location close to the beach and a great view of the Cape!

The property is clean and great location close to the beaches. Lots of family activities nearby. Pool was great and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay there again

Such a cute hotel… around so many things you can bike or walk. Owner is kind, professional and fun. We met his dog too. Definitely a place to return

The place was shabby at best. Just pulling into the lot, I knew we were going to be disappointed.
The room was very poor in quality and needed a complete renovation. Embarrassed to even stay there… common areas( pool and eating area for breakfast was nice enough)
The walls and ceiling were patched … old carpet. Just gross
The property managers were nice though.
The area was pretty shabby as well.
We would never come back.

Ocean Breeze was a great place to stay for our quick trip to the cape. Wonderful location in a quiet area close to the beach and a really good restaurant. Breakfast offerings were just right. The pool was clean and nicely appointed. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony outside our door to read and relax. Norbert and his family were so friendly and we’re working so hard. You can tell they have pride in their hotel and take great care of it.

Perfect central location to get to most places on the Cape. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff and nice touch with the complimentary breakfast!

Great location, very clean and tidy. The pool area is very nice and it is heated, was a plus for us since the weather wasn't as warm as we hoped. Would stay here again for sure!

Extended family weekend trip. Great beach motel. Clean, basic amenities. Nice pool area. Short walk to beach and skippers chowder house/ice cream. Delicious ice cream and food. No complaints, would stay again!

And as a bonus you get a very good breakfast. The place is close to the beach, centrally located, and very nicely kept. The owners are very helpful and this is probably one of the best value at Cape Cod

We were allowed to check-in early which was nice because the next day would begin with terrible weather. We were given a map and helpful advice so we could enjoy ourselves despite the cold and rainy days.

You can walk to the beach! Nearby main attractions! They have their own outdoor swimming pool too. They provide breakfast and the staff is so friendly. You'll enjoy your stay, I promise.

The owners go the extra mile and understand hospitality! Atmosphere in room is pleasant and clean. If looking for something to see or do just ask, they have lots of great ideas. Would definitely recommend.

Very sweet little motel. The only draw backs were lack of parking in the evening and only double beds in the rooms. Two of us ended up sleeping on the floor. The listing wasn’t super clear about this. The rooms are big enough for 2 adults and 2 young children but not 4 adults. The rooms could be darker as well. No way to control daylight coming in in the early morning.

Great stay at site, management Very nice, clean rooms and pool, nice and close to beaches, close to lots of restaurants and misc activities, my family and I would most certainly come back to this location. Thank you from the O'Connor family..

This little motel in South Yarmouth was a pleasure to stay at. The owners were both friendly and efficient and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Obvious They really cares about quality. They do a fantastic job running it. Many amenities including a clean, warm pool; all that are listed are actually provided. Thank you!
