Beautiful place on the beach! Location was perfect!

Location excellent, fairly priced, friendly, helpful and polite residents. Beds were excellent, plenty of towels. Had issue with fridge, but it was repaired in a timely manner. View of ocean from balcony was great. Would stay here again.

Unit smaller than I anticipated. Quiet crowded for 5 adults and an infant. Was clean as one of the few positives.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was dirty with dust on the walls, ceiling fans and around air conditioning vents.There was mold in the base of the patio doors, torn screens on the patio doors and the screen door was not in it's track.The wheels on the door were seized with rust and the whole unit needed to be replaces. Vertical slats were missing from the window covering of the patio door and the place was in general in need of a thorough cleaning.

It was great to walk from the property to the beach 5 minute drive and you are at Walmart. and other great stores.

This property was perfect. It was advertised in am amazing location. The check in process was smooth and easy. The beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing with your own beach access to the beach. The staff that cleans around the complex was amazing and Our group was very satisfied with our stay. Everything work perfectly and there was plenty of kitchen items to cook. Overall one of my best Verbo experiences.

Great location! Right at the beach! Condo was perfect for us. Pool was available. Beach was steps away, sand is beautiful, beach is clean, family atmosphere, ocean was great. We found lots of shells. I would stay here again. Dining chairs need to be replaced.

This was a nice place to stay. The condo complex is showing some wear as to be expected with its age, but you can tell the rental unit was recently updated. New plumbing in the master bath and kitchen, newer appliances, and a laminate flooring along with fresh paint reflect the efforts to update the unit, and they were all appreciated. The washer/dryer stack unit was newer and surprisingly clean (compared to those in other units rented over the years), although the dryer sounded like a bearing was going on it. The pool area was clean and provided more than enough chairs for the guests in attendance during our stay, although you need to be careful of the LARGE wasps that inhabit the shrubs around the pool area. They were not aggressive, but they were certainly very present. Each bedroom and the living room had individual TVs with access to a full line-up of cable tv channels. This was much better than the typical 20-some channels basic cable subscriptions offer. All in all it was a nice rental.

This condo was central to the beach but you had to walk through the pool to get the the beach. A new shower curtain liner would be nice. The living room blinds need replaced. The ottoman had a ripe in it. Overall it just needs a lil TLX

The condo was located in a great location in North Myrtle Beach in a small condo complex. Parking was great. Condo is on second floor so not too many steps and it was the perfect size for my daughter and I to spread out. It could comfortably fit 6-8 people. Condo overlooks clean pool and was just steps to the beach. Lots of cooking supplies in the kitchen and washer/dryer is great to have. Make sure to pack extra TP, paper towels and hand soap. Those were things I forgot and overlooked. Will definitely try to stay here again!!

Lastly, our actual total charge for our stay was $238.50 but the realty charged $359.00 in fees! I'm not including local fees and taxes. The realty company literally charged more in their fees than what we paid in our nightly total. That was a first for me! Not a fan of that of that process at all. Overall, total 8/10.

The condo was excellent. Was booked for 8 guest with towels and linen provided but was only gave enough towels for 6 people. Other than that no complaints.

This was a wonderful property. View is awesome. Location is great. It’s clean and family friendly and the condo was immaculate. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about it and I plan to stay there again in the future.

My friend and I had an outstanding experience with this property. When we arrived she had fallen earlier in our travel and had broken her arm. The staff at the management company were so helpful! Directed us immediately to an ER. From that moment on everything they did was five star. The condo was exactly as pictured in the website. We had ocean views, a very short walk across the pool to the boardwalk right on the beach. The beds were great the kitchen very well supplied. Can’t wait to return here!

We actually purchased the unit next door and stayed here while renovating our unit. The beach is literally steps out the door and the unit was clean and well equipped. We’ll be considering it as a place for friends to stay while visiting.

We were looking for a quick last minute getaway for Labor Day Weekend. The weather was great and the condo was on the beach. The space was perfect for being able to have a sitting area to lounge in without having to be in a bedroom.

Overall everything was very good. I did have a problem with the dryer, it worked but it sounded like it was going to die any minute. I would stay here again.
