Great Location and sleeping arrangements work great with families with kids. Bunk beds were a big hit with the kids, lots of parent space as well. Only thing disappointing (but already knew about) was really no porch space to sit outside and watch the world go by!

I take my whole family to SD every fall break.
I loved how close we were to belmont park and the waves at the near by beach were nice for boogey boarding. Rick the property manager was responsive and very nice.

This condo was exactly where the ad said it would be- 4 min walk from Belmont Park and a front row seat to the ocean and boardwalk. As a second floor condo I felt very comfortable leaving the big sliding window open the entire week so I could not only see, but hear and smell the ocean as well. Owner was very responsive and helped me find a second parking spot for guests. I didn"t want to leave!

Everything was good. The parking was too tight but other than that, Very clean and easy. Mission Beach is more for the young adults I think. It may be a little too Fraternity like for some families tastes. Overall VERY NICE

We used this as a day shelter from the beach. We didn’t sleep here but it was perfect for our needs.

Alley parking shared with four other vehicles. People in other units of same building had truck and SUV- we also had a truck. Had to work with other people to park and get in and out. Left a special cup and texted the property manager within an hour of leaving asking him to mail and I would Venmo- radio silence.

Unfortunately, this place is not a place to stay in Mission Beach. As soon as we pulled up there was a smell of garbage and this was due to the massive amounts of garbage all around and in garbage cans. This was not a good start to walking into the place. Inside was better but the floor was full of sand. Although we had 5 people, they only gave us 4 face towels and 4 body towels then had to pay to use the washer ($2.50 to use it) however it was advertised as having laundry There is also not a porch to sit out on but it is advertised as such. . The best thing about the trip was the view ONLY!

Not only close to the beach but also to Belmont park and restaurants and an actually playground. Everything was within walking distance and if you need, there was also scooters, bikes and roller blades to rent nearby. Super fun!

My family stayed in Rick's property for my son's birthday/ Christmas and it was perfect! The property was clean, had plenty of bedding, towels, cutlery and living space. So much space in fact that at least one more family could have stayed us with us with room to spare. The property is located right on the boardwalk and so close to Belmont Park with all its attractions. Rick was so accommodating and responsive, a great host indeed. I'll definitely be back to this beautiful property for our next family getaway.

You can’t get any closer to the beach than here. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful view of the ocean and were pulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves. If you have kids, Belmont Park is right next door. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. We will definitely be back.
