False advertising - pool is definitely NOT heated. No way to turn it on because they have it locked. Not why we rented it but definitely were looking forward to using it.
Creepy Host - we know for a fact that the Host or someone for the Host was inside the house every day when we were gone. We day lights in the house to be on because we knew we'd be back late. The first day we were pretty sure we had left lights on but the next day we specifically set them and paid attention. The light switches were in a different position and turned off when we got back (they were not automated nor set for online access). There was also a bag that we pulled out of the pool and set aside that was no where to be found in the yard so someone picked it up and it wasn't pool or yard guys. The intrusion was reported to VBRO as it was invasion of privacy.
Host was really weird about giving acccess on the day of arrival. She said she wasn't going to give us the code until we got here. She actually did and let us in really but it was very strange that they didn't send it with the email the day before like most hosts do.
House itself was ok. Clean and usable. Not all beds had full sheet sets which is strange but...whatever.
Ultimately would NEVER stay here or anywhere else this host has again.

First and foremost, Rosie was a great host. She gave us excellent service. The property was beautiful. My family enjoyed the house, so our next trip to Las Vegas we will definitely be staying there if available. Wonderful and excellent property. Thanks again Rosie!!!

This residence was the perfect location. Not far from the Las Vegas strip and other shopping location. The house was clean and my family loved the pool. The host had amazing communication and was very attentive, I would stay at this location ten times over. Thank you for the amazing stay.

The host was one of the nicest, kindest people I have ever communicated with. She was fabulous! She was welcoming and replied quickly. I can't say it enough how wonderful she was. We had a wonderful time at her home.

It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. There are some things that need maintenance such as broken kitchen drawers and such, but overall fit our needs.

I need a nice large home with pool for business bootcamp and convention for my team while allowing them to bring their families for a short vacation as well. The pool was put to great use. Unfortunately something happen to the night lights so it was a bit dark but kids did not seem to mind. House is nice and large, kitchen well stocked and Rosie was very responsive. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Nice, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Kids had a great time in the pool. Communication was great and Rosie was very sweet. Thank you for sharing your home.

It was the best experience. The house was clean and well stocked. If I ever needed a question answered I got replied back to quickly. The pool was great to have as well as the seating area with the fire pit. I have no complaints and only good things about this property. It was a great stay!
