We had a great time using this property as our base location. We enjoyed having our dinner on the patio one night so we could watch the sunset. The surrounding scenery was stupendous. The house was perfect for the two of us, and the hospitality was top notch!

My partner and I were visiting the Tucson area for our anniversary getaway, and I mentioned this in my initial booking message. When we arrived, we notice a sweet little gift from Karen (the host) along with a kind note. The place was very clean and very cute! During our whole stay, Karen was so kind and accommodating for anything we needed! The pool during the hot day was amazing, and soaking in the jacuzzi after my partner and I attended a concert was immaculate. I highly recommend this stay as well as the host! We will definitely book this place again if/when we return to the Tucson area! Thanks again for everything, Karen!

We loved the time we stayed in this guesthouse in Oro Valley. Karen was so welcoming & friendly. It was the perfect place for my husband & myself. It was very clean & comfortable & the location was outstanding! The outside space was wonderful! I look forward to staying again in the future.

Karen and Dave were wonderful, friendly hosts. We felt home away from home. The guesthouse is a dream, clean and so well equipped, nothing missing. We also enjoyed the garden, the pool and the grill for our BBQ. We had a great time here in Oro Valley and we are going to miss you and the dogs.

Karen and David were wonderful, friendly hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were always considerate and helpful. The rental is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Kitchen and bath were well stocked. The shower was amazing. Appliances are top-notch. There are many nice seating areas outside, and a great grill. It was nice to sit around the pool. We walked from the property to the Linda Vista Trail, and many more trails are a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed staying in this guesthouse! I had not stayed in Oro Valley prior to this trip, and this property was a great location to explore the area. The guesthouse is private, while still allowing access to the pool and other amenities. The owner is incredibly kind and fun to talk to - but I never felt that I had to socialize. In fact, I was a little disappointed that we did not have the chance to talk more often. :) Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great place!!
Very cozy and relaxing. Swimming pool felt great to relax in as well! Karen was awesome and treated us like we’d known each other for years! I definitely recommend this place for everyone to check out!

Clean, newly renovated interior.
The property was clean, with nice accommodations. The pool, patio area and the hot tub were inviting. The hosts were gracious.

Great view, great host
The view is really that great - amazing to wake up to (and the sunsets aren't half bad, either!). Lovely hosts made the visit even better. Karen is so generous and caring, it makes a difference.
The Casita is the perfect size and so beautifully finished and furnished - way better than a hotel. Also, the location is super, with hiking right down the block, and lots of great places to eat nearby.

Entire Guesthouse hosted by Karen
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oro Valley foothills guesthouse! It was private, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated & scenic location. The guesthouse comes with many spices, & cooking staples to simplify our shopping needs. The hot tub was another extra we took advantage of. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Karen.

The location is great - close to hiking, shopping and very quiet and secluded. The property is beautiful inside and out, freshly remodeled with new everything, and a wonderful outdoor patio/pool area. Our hosts Karen and Dave were wonderful too, very friendly and helpful. Overall we loved it and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Enjoyable Stay
Accommodations were perfect. Karen and her husband, gracious hosts. Pool could not swim in, water was freezing. I do understand from my past stays in many houses, I would pay for electric. Based on the size of this pool it would cost a fortune to heat. I would put my feet in and just appreciate the spectacular views. Loved the privacy!!!

She responded immediately throughout the booking and check in process, and reached out with offers of assistance throughout my stay. She greeted us at check in to ensure that the guesthouse met our needs. The newly-renovated guesthouse is beautifully decorated and was thoughtfully stocked, with everything from coffee, cooking spices to toothbrushes and toothpaste, as Karen anticipated every little thing her guests could possibly need.
The guesthouse has all of the amenities one could hope for, with a pool and a jacuzzi right outside the door, and expansive patio area that allows you to immerse yourself in the spectacular view of the mountains, sunsets, and starry skies. The amenities, the view, and Karen's remarkable hospitality made us feel like we were staying at a 5-star hotel with a hostess that welcomed us like family. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Tucson!

Absolutely stunning inside as well as the views outside. You can a lot of love and thoughtfulness was put in to make make location as comfortable as possible. The hospitality was wonderful. I will return to this home away from home!!! ❤️😇😔
