We stayed at the house for a week and it had everything we needed. The house was very clean when we arrived and smelled fresh on entry which I really appreciate! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were good, and we were very comfortable in the house. We visit family in Mt. Pleasant often so we’ll keep this property on our list.

House was clean and well equipped. Location worked well for our visit to Patriots Point. Enjoyed the screened in porch and kitchen gathering space.

It's such a clean and beautiful home with big fenced back yard! It was perfect for us!

Phil’s place is in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. It is about 15 minutes to downtown and Ubers are not easy to order from this location. The listing states that there are two twins beds in one room, but that is not the case. The rooms had two king beds and two queen beds. The living room and kitchen provide a lot of space to hangout.
Additionally, the house is updated but can tell it has been rented a lot. The sheets were clean but the carpet and bathrooms were not up to our expectations.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was fine for the price and location.
