This was a great place to stay for outdoor activities. I love the backyard deck and fire pit.

My husband, our dog and I stayed Nov. 15-17th and had a lovely time. The house was very clean, cozy and updated and our dog enjoyed the fully-fenced yard. Being able to bring our dog was a major plus! We enjoyed the trails and the fabulous Crystal Bridges. We live in Kansas City and although Bentonville is only a short 3-hour drive, we had never been there before. The town is very nice and has many restaurants. Since we had our dog with us and most restaurant patios were closed because it was chilly, we ordered DoorDash both nights. The food was great. To sum it up, the accommodations were clean, comfortable, quiet and updated. A very nice place to stay!

This property was the perfect set up Bentonville biking, close to downtown, trails, and Crystal Bridges. We appreciated the elevated appointments in the house and was very comfy. Thanks for a great stay.

This house is super close to greenway and the all-American trails. It was very clean and a great base for our family as we enjoyed Bentonville’s art and trails.

Two Dad's, two son's and some mountain bike miles. House is a great location for easy bike downtown for food, etc. Its perfect for kids or older that can ride on their own a bit, as the flow and tech trails of Slaughter Pen are right across the street. The house is good for relaxing, with an apple TV in the living room, a nice kitchen, and a small backyard as well as a nice front porch. There is a fire pit in back, but we did not use it. Both bathrooms are nice, and the master bath shower has a great rainfall head that dumps loads of water on you!!! Beds were comfy. I would stay here again.

If you are looking for a home base for riding your mountain bike, this house is ideal. The trails are within view of the house. There is bike storage and a bike cleaning area. It is also easy to walk the the Crystal Bridges museum and downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was a wonderful getaway. So close to the beautiful trails of Bentonville. We walked from the house and spent great family time hiking and enjoying the outdoors. The property owner was quick to answer questions and communicate. Would stay here again if I have the opportunity!

This place was perfect! Cute, clean, cozy, and close to everything in Bentonville! The bike racks inside were a big plus, as well as the pet-friendly fenced in backyard! Loved it!

The house was within walking distance of the Crystal Bridges trails, just where we wanted to be. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. We’d stay again.

We had a great time, nice quiet neighborhood with great trail access and a straight shot to downtown Bentonville. I had a question about something at one point and the host replied extremely quickly.

It was a little bumpy getting in. (We didn’t see an external door code.) However, once in we were very pleased! The apartment was very clean and beautiful. We were close to the Square for the farmer’s market! Awesome!

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved how close it was to the square with lots of places to eat. Great Farmers Market on Saturday. The house was very clean. Had all the amenities you would want in a rental. An older home but updated nicely. We will return when in the NWA area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, surrounded by nature, but very close to downtown. The host was great at responding to any questions we had.

This property is located in the heart of the trail system with access to miles and miles of trail - and just a short ride to downtown. The bike wash is a great option and the private backyard with a fire pit was perfect. Host was very quick with communication before and during our stay. We’ll be back!

Location is directly on biking trail, very close to Crystal Bridges, quiet neighborhood, well stocked, very clean, & comfortable beds. Only complaint would be that backyard was a disappointment…patio seating was not welcoming.

This is our second VRBO in this neighborhood. Great access to trails and Crystal Bridges. The property was clean and tidy. The home had everything we needed. We will be back if the dates are available in the Fall. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

Perfect house to stay while enjoying the awesome trails of Slaughter Pen.

Drove in from Denver with some friends, this property is located perfectly with Slaughter Pen zone 3 right out the door. This host gets why you are there. There are maps of the trail systems posted on the walls, the bike hooks allow you to secure your expensive bikes inside the house, and the bike wash was really handy. We will for sure seek out this property again in the future. Highly recommend booking this one.

House was perfectly situated to ride the surrounding trails, and was tastefully decorated for a 4 friends to hang out, feel free to bring the bikes inside (outfitted with a bike wash, and wall hooks for bike storage), and very comfortable in the accommodations.

The renovation on the inside of the house was very nice. The front deck was nice. However, the front yard had quite a few tree limbs down and the backyard was littered and not safe for our grandchild to play in. There was basically no driveway. Just a little gravel drive. The oven was dirty. The master bathroom shower backed up when you flushed the commode So, we just used the hall bathroom.
