I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend. Riley- the property owner was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely worth the stay.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations! It was raining when we arrived and it was lovely to be able to pop our jackets into the dryer for a few minutes so they were ready to wear out to dinner. Sadly, we didn’t realize how busy Traverse City would be and hadn’t made a reservation for dinner. We decided to pick up pizza instead and spent a quiet evening watching TV, which turned out to be a perfect solution on a rainy Saturday night.

Pet friendly stay that was close to everything and loved the amenities,having stocked bathroom and kitchen along with the nice fold out couch and nice bed upstairs everything was great,and we really liked having a washer n dryer and the smart tv worked great as well.thank you

Convenient location, but for the price I would expect the shower curtain to not have mildew. Other than some easily remedied cleanliness issues we had a nice stay.

This was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean and comfortable. It was also very close to downtown Traverse City! My fiancé and I both wished at the end of our stay that we would have booked it for longer!

Our weeklong stay was absolutely fantastic. The location is great for families, especially those wanting to bring their furry family member! Oakwood Prime burgers and Common Good bakery are steps away and awesome for meals and sweet treats, not to mention Potter's bakery being a short walk. The rental is close enough to downtown yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The property was extremely clean and the property manager was amazing at communicating. We're looking forward to another stay!

We stayed for 5 days was a very nice place to stay. Easy access to town and water. Traverse City is a great place to visit. The only thing is s I have to have no light at night and the doors gave to much with the windows needs to be full closesure doors. I would probably stay again even with all the light.

Simple, well-appointed condo just outside of downtown TC. Great coffee shop cafe and burgers 2 min walk away. Made a nice home base for our explorations.

My wife and I did a weekend getaway for our first time in TC and this location was the perfect spot to be near all the action (less than a mile away) but still in a nice quiet area. Highly recommend!

The property is as described. Had everything we needed, very close to town and access to all the main areas you'd want to get to in TC. Check in was easy, the unit was clean, and communication was great. We would stay there again.

Loved the location and the amenities. Perfect for a couple’s getaway but could sleep 4 easily. Would recommend to friends and family. Hope to be back next year.

The host was amazing! And responded quickly when I asked questions, the loft was super cute and very clean. It was great because downtown was only a 5 minute drive! and were already talking about booking This place again in the summer we liked it so much!
