We enjoyed the occasion to gather as a family and enjoy a rehearsal dinner at the Sagamore and wedding at Erlowest. We were 5 couples that were very comfortable in the property, close to our venues and enjoyed walking to town. The pool table/game room was very popular. Breakfast and coffee casually enjoyed . Hot tub and fire pit rounded out the weekend.
The porch areas allowed outside lounging and proximity to the park added as well.

It was a wonderful property with great amenities. So close to downtown. Easy walk to amazing restaurants. Loved the coffee and s’mores bar!

Great location and house, but it needs a few improvements inside and out. The yard was mowed but the flowerbeds were unkept and the bushes overgrown. The view from the front deck would improve considerably if the bushes were trimmed and some overgrown tree limbs pruned. There is not enough table seating for 11 people eventhough the home has beds enough for 11. The walk to town, restaurants and shops is very convenient and the tonsfolk all are very friendly. If you need anything at the house, reach out to the property manager, who was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. Would go back.

Amazing time at the property, only 1 complaint the snow on the top of the driveway turned into black ice, i Called management requesting maintenance to put salt on the snow but nobody came.

Biggest issue is the number of bathrooms is misrepresented. It states " the main level frames a large living room, dining room, full bath, and kitchen". There is only a powder room on the main level. I inquired about this before I booked and was told "yes, three bathrooms". Had I known only two baths (for 12 guests), I would not have booked and really feel I should be compensated for the misrepresentation. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant. The property manager was very responsive to our two requests. And we enjoyed our stay in Bolton Landing. The Starbucks coffee bar and the game room where a bit hit.

This home had it all. You never even had to leave if you didn't want to. Great place for a group or large family to spread out and enjoy. Lots of beautiful accent pieces in the home and location was great. We would love to stay again in the summer!

The Bolton Beach House is a gorgeous property located in the picturesque Adirondack Mountains. The house has five bedrooms with lovely, comfortable beds, a huge living space for gathering, a game room with a pool table, games for kids and adults, and real arcade games! We were blown away.
The location is gorgeous, right across from a calm beach with a playground that our kids loved.
Communication with the property manager was very easy!
We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again.

Very nice location
Everything was wonderful! Excellent communication with property manager - the only thing I would say is a faint smoke smell in the home. Other than that absolutely beautiful!
