The deck with its large tables was perfect for enjoying meals and spending time outdoors. The air conditioning worked excellently, which was a huge relief, and the pool and hot tub were of a nice size, providing a great way to relax.However, there were a few negative aspects of my stay that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, there were a lot of visits from various companies to fix things, which was a bit disruptive to our stay. Additionally, the non-operational Wi-Fi and cable TV were inconvenient, especially when we needed to stay connected for work purposes. The Wi-Fi was fixed on Tuesday but remains very spotty through the house. The pool and hot tub were also dirty upon arrival, and the hot tub's chlorine floating dispenser was empty, which caused the water to turn cloudy. Although the pool company arrived mid-stay to clean both the hot tub and pool and added chlorine to shock the hot tub and added chlorine to the dispenser, unfortunately, that treatment did not allow us to use the hot tub for the remainder of our stay. Furthermore, there were no hangers in the closets, which made it challenging to unpack and organize our belongings.In addition to these issues, I would also like to bring to your attention that the outdoor shower head was broken during our stay, and despite being mentioned several times to the staff, it was never fixed as of Wednesday afternoon.I understand that this is a new property that you are managing, but I believe that families renting should not feel the transition. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay overall, and we appreciate your attention to these matters. I would like to request that you take steps to address these concerns, as I believe they will improve the experience of future guests.The management company is the main issue.

We didn't mind taking a group of kids, but could definitely use an update. Pool and hot tub were nice. Hot tub turned green after a few days. Management company got someone out there, but they had to dump in a bunch of chlorine so we were not able to get in it for two days of our trip. Overall I would recommend the property. If you're looking for fancy, this isn't it, but clean and close to everything was what made it work for us.

The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and easy bike ride to shopping, restuarants, coffee shops, etc. We loved the house, although some of the furniture was very worn and the kitchen lacked some cookware and utensils for a large family. The screened-in porch was one of our favorite places. The two large tables provided plenty of room for everyone to eat together.

We had that much space. The rental company, in particular, Hailey, could not have been more helpful. We have a medically fragile daughter and they literally bent over backwards to help us by rearranging furniture and letting a hospital bed rental company into the house early to set up a place for my daughter to sleep. The walk to the beach was easy, the pool was great. I will say that with 12 people and 6 kids, the pool was in need of serious attention when we left. We were careful to use the outdoor shower before jumping in after the beach but there was so much sand. A mid week cleaning and chemical check would be nice. There are a few “fixable” cons of the house. 1) There were not enough forks. We didn’t have 12 forks!! 2) the outdoor seating is awful. The upstairs porch is HUGE and amazing. But there is ZERO comfortable seating. After the kids retired, the adults had to sit on wooden benches or very uncomfortable upright seating on the porch to hang out. We desperately wanted a comfy sofa and cushioned chairs to enjoy our morning coffee or late night adult time on. There are 2 huge picnic tables on the porch that could Literally seat 25 people for dinner. But the house doesn’t sleep 25 people. I wish they’d move one of the picnic tables down under the covered part by the pool and use that extra space on the porch for more comfortable seating. Oh and the house was sparkling clean. Perfect location, beautiful house, would love to come back.

My family of 7 had a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub were great, but got a bit dirty by day 5. The cleaners came early on request and we were able to enjoy our last day/night in a clean pool. Beach was super close and easy to get to. Great week!

Great House very spacious. The house was exactly as shown. Very clean, had everything we needed. It’s not on the beach but it’s a short walk the pool and hot tub or a nice feature I would recommend getting the pool heater if you go during March or April it’s an extra fee but well worth it.

The house was great! It was clean and very close to the beach! The owners were very attentive when we needed an extra cleaning of the hot tub! The check in ladies were great too! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Renting the property was easy. The house was older pool needs some maintenance not tub was nice location is great. We traded this year for closer to the ocean and we’re a little disappointed in the house .. downstairs bedrooms can hear every little noise upstairs

This was a great place to stay for families. We enjoyed the large porch and swing; it was great having two laundry facilities. It was an easy walk to beach. The screened in porch was great in the mornings and late evenings. The outside shower was a plus for rinsing off after the beach. We were a little overwhelmed that there were no sheets for the pullout; we thought these would be provided. Overall, we were pleased with the house and would return another year.

It would have easily fit another family of four or more as there were two bedrooms we didn't use. The heated pool was cleaned twice a week, and the hot tub was a hit! We walked to the beach everyday as it was so close. The dishes and kitchenware were clean for the most part, although some of the utensils and coffee mugs needed a little extra cleaning. There was adequate dishwashing and laundry pods to get us through the trip. The large screened in porch was really great to have. Distance to shopping and food was ideal. The only issue was that the BBQ was not clean enough to use, and there was no propane in it. There, however, was a small Weber grill so we got some charcoal and used this instead. We relaxed very well here, It was a great vacation, and I would highly recommend 1 Bayberry Lane. Loved it!
