This condo was a great option for us versus staying in a hotel. My husband and son were in Vegas for a sports tournament. They had room to spread out and get work and homework done. They also could eat some meals at the condo and do laundry. They enjoyed the comforts of home.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The accommodation where neat and tidy. The owner has provided everything you could possibly need and it's close restaurant, grocery store and the strip. The owner is very accommodating and quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a nice 2 bdrm condo in the gated West Park community. The listing photos are accurate. Location is convenient; just a short drive to the Las Vegas strip, airport, dining, grocery store, and very quiet. WiFi was fine for remote work needs. Everything was very clean with the exception of floor. Norma was quick to respond and resolve our concern. There was one concern that could not be resolved which was a persistent smoke odor within the hall bathroom coming through the wall near the medicine cabinet/ electric plug. The cleaning crew indicated it was incense burning from a neighboring condo. The odor was constant and present for the entire week, but fully contained within that bathroom only and did not spread to other rooms. The rest of the condo smelled fresh, with a nice fall fragrance plug in the living room (suggest placing one in the hall bathroom). We were too busy to enjoy the community hot tub, but it looked nice and it was hot. One other thing to be aware of is that the coffee maker is a basic drip style, quite slow, sometimes shuts off the warmer just after brewing. Overall a nice clean condo with most everything you need.

Norma’s place was perfect for our family’s vacation. It was up to date and looked great! The location was perfect as it was just a couple of miles from the airport and Strip. We would recommend this condo to all of our friends!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was ideal for our family. Being 10-15 min away from the strip, we were close enough to experience the hustle and bustle of the Vegas city life, but it felt good coming back to a quiet, gated place where we could wind down and relax. The amenities were just what we needed, and the beds and space was perfect for our family of four.
Our initial reservation (with a different vrbo) was cancelled upon arrival due to unforeseen circumstances and Norma was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. She quickly responded to my inquiry and allowed us to reserve our stay just a few hours before checking in. Thank you for helping us by making our stay stress free and enjoyable!

Amazing clean, spacious, newly decorated condo. Loved the use of a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Any small questions were immediately answered by Norma or her cleaning staff. Car would be great. Groceries and pharmacy near by. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Norma!

My husband and I have been staying in Las Vegas for the months of February and March for three years now. My oldest son and his family live here permanently. It’s a nice way to see them on an often daily basis. The condo we stayed in was absolutely wonderful. Very quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for more. Comfortable as my home. We joined Planet fitness, which is a five minute drive from the condo.. Norma the property manager was readily available when we had minor questions. Love, love this property. Property was as advertised. Gated community, close to the strip and Raider's stadium. Well equipped, had everything I needed. Host communicated very well and was quick to respond to questions.

Well didn't get in to the property until late that night around 1130 12 o'clock at night the lock was jammed getting into the condo tried to call Norma several times never answered her phone so here it is 2:30 in the morning and then we had to pay to stay at a motel because vrbo couldn't even get in touch with her either it was a horrible experience and then to find out from my niece that the location wasn't the greatest she never repayed me for the hotel stay and vrbo was no help either would never stay through them again ever

The condo was very nice, and was even bigger on the inside than I thought it would be. It's not too far of a drive from the strip, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!
Was here for 3+ weeks and had an excellent stay. The interior was beautiful and felt very comfortable. The community is gated and felt very secure. Close to the strip (10-15 mins), but far enough away to not feel like you're a part of the chaos. Norma was very easy to contact and was quick with her responses when we had any inquiries. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo. Gated community . Overall the facility grounds was clean and well maintained. Felt safe and secure. Minimal noise . Property was recently renovated and clean. Well situated for trips to the strip , shopping malls and Red Rocks and surroundings. Owner was very quick and responsive to inquiry and questions. Overall I felt it was good value for money. I will rent it again if I go back to LV.

The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. I hope you get a chance to stay there too! The owner quickly responds to all questions and has made an oasis in the desert! I will try to book this property again for certain.
