We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Cooperstown! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and incredibly comfortable for our entire group.Everything we needed was provided, and the home was thoughtfully organized and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the living spaces were inviting, and every room felt clean, fresh, and welcoming. The location was perfect for our Cooperstown trip, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer while having a relaxing place to come back to each day. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made this stay exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cooperstown. A perfect 5-star experience!

Perfect house for parents of the Cooperstown baseball teams. It’s only 10 minutes away from the fields, but it feels like you are a million miles away. Very quiet and serene setting. The house is in beautiful shape with plenty of room. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this location for our Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. It was a prime location to the fields. We did run into an issue of the immediate area where the house is not having great service, but the house has wifi. Just setup your maps app before leaving the house. We were two families staying at the house, four adults and five kids. There was plenty of space to relax and plenty of space for play. The kitchen was very stocked with essentials and even had things like Tupperware for leftovers, cling wrap, etc. Super helpful! I would absolutely recommend staying here!!

We stayed here for our son’s baseball week at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was the perfect spot. The convenience of location, the size/layout of the house and the beauty of the property made it the perfect place to come home and relax from long baseball days! We will come back when our younger son plays here!
