We used the surfinn for my son’s 15th birthday party! It was so perfect! The back yard, the heated pool, the golf cart! It was all so amazing and easy. Any time I had a question it was answered quickly. Can’t recommend this wonderful place enough!

Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the fire pit and pool immensely.

The outdoor space was awesome. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. They even have some games for adults and children. Plenty of room in the kitchen. There are some weak spots in the floor that need to be addressed but we put a towel over these to keep everyone off of it. We had a great time and are excited to come back.

Started off good but then the toilet stopped workibg ,when we tried to use the plunger which should have been clue number one because it was right next to the toilet when we arrived,the plunging made the other toilet and shower over flow with poop .lwe now had 2 showers with poop and 2 toilets that did not work . We reached out to every phone number provided and waited 15 hrs before some one showed up to try and fix the issue. I asked for the property manager to please call me and she never did. I wanted sone kind of suggestions or ideas of what plan of action they had for us , no one still has contacted me. We ended up leaving a day early because the smell and the mess was unbearable. My 75 yr old mothers first beach trip and this is what she experienced. Unacceptable !

The house is clean, very nice, and had all of the amenities we needed. It was very convenient to be able to rent a golf cart directly from the owners. The pool in the backyard is adorable, but we didn't opt to be out there much. Mosquitoes are really bad, so it wasn't pleasant to sit outside unless you were covered in bug spray, unfortunately. The town sprays, but there are still a ton of them. There's nothing to be done - I'm sure it's just because you don't get the strong ocean breeze on that side of town. The town pool / dog park / tennis courts / skate park / soccer fields is just down the road; walkable. That would be really nice for families with young kids - when looking for things to do when you're not at the beach.

We absolutely loved the house location! With kids the nearby park is an absolute plus! The pool and cart are so convenient to have on-site to use! Access to the beach and all the local restaurants is a short cart ride away. The house came equip with kitchen utensils and was beautiful inside! Our stay was amazing and the kiddos really loved the bunk beds!

There are no instructions about the checkin passcode on the second floor door

For the amount of money we paid it should have been better than a hotel. But we got looked out of the wash room/game room outside, we had to call serval times for management to finally come out. We didn’t have enough towels for 9 people… there should be extra for your guest not one each lol. And when your guest have issues like crabs in the pool then someone Should be available right away. Not hours later. There were no lights by the pool so it was super dark at night. The grill and the blender were super dirty like they had not been cleaned in forever. We also wanted to rent the golf cart that was at the residence but there was no info left for it. We called and they said oh the owners just set it up a few days ago but how do they expect us to know that, and didnt leave a note for the link or us to call them to pay for it. The house was cozy but with all the issues and no where to store our clothes it makes things uncomfortable but you make it work just to have good time with your family.
