Our family has always loved Seaside and this unit did not disappoint. Their were 9 of us, my two sons and their wife and kids, 3 grandkids, my husband and I The place had 4 nice size bedroom with their own bathrooms, everyone had their own space. The master was lovely with a beautiful view. The beach was directly across the street in the cove down from the Golf course. The views of the ocean from the house were amazing. The house was very clean and had just about every amenity you needed for all of us. The management responded quickly to all questions.
Would definitely stay there again when needing a beach weekend.

The accommodations were beyond lovely. The views, the space, the overall comfort were 100% perfect. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of flatware and utensils as to not use the dishwasher nightly for our family of 5 that made breakfast and dinner in home each day. The oven took some getting used to, it’s pretty fancy.
This spot calls itself dog friendly so I was fearful of wet dog scent…NOPE. You would never have known a dog stayed there EVER.
Pristine white towels and linens, amazingly comfortable beds and bedding. An on suite bathroom for each guest room is a major plus.
The cleanliness of the home is A+++
My only and minor demerit is the stairs leading from the front door up to the kitchen. They are not deep in tread and the monochromatic floor color and less than bright lighting for the stairs were difficult to navigate. I was traveling with my 88 yo father who is almost nimble as a fox, called the last stair from the kitchen to the bottom landing “invisible.”

We came to celebrate Christmas with husband's side of the family. One of the cleanest places we've ever rented! Loved how each room was basically a suite! The views were spectacular, and we even managed to take a walk from our place. My only complaint was that the floors could've been a little cleaner, and the kitchen was obviously lived in (microwave had stuff in it, etc). Not bad enough for me to mark it down though! And I understand with properties that allow pets it's difficult to get them super clean. Overall, if we go back to Seaside, we will be looking this place up again! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed having their own restrooms and large comfortable beds. The view was gorgeous. We mostly cooked at home because the kitchen was stocked well and appliances were nice. We would love to stay here again.

This home was all around better than advertised. The location provides a perfect view of the ocean, across the street from the beach, walkable to the prominade/boardwalk and downtown, yet quiet at night.
We wanted a home with 4 bedrooms that each had a private bathroom and this home had it, as well as a half bath off of the living room.
Cleanliness was important to us and we all commented how clean it was.
We used the provided bikes and bike helmets to go to nearby breakfast spots. There were many other beach items to use.
We all loved this place and would definitely come back.

We had the best time at this house and really hope we can come back. Wish we didn’t live so far away. The house is new and very clean. The cleanliness of everything makes you feel spoiled. They thought of everything at this house! Everybody gets their own bed and bathroom. Hot tub is a fun added touch. There’s bikes, games, beach gear, fully stocked kitchen with quality stuff, tons of bedding and towels, etc. Love the location and the fact that your just steps from the beach. The owners are very attentive and accommodating.

This was a magical weekend for our family in a perfect location. The property was immaculate and met our needs ideally. Four couples with little kids can enjoy the spacious bedrooms easily. Congratulations to the hosts for doing all the right things to make this very memorable for us.

Beautiful home across the street from a peaceful stretch of beach. House was clean and super comfortable, well-stocked and organized with everything you could need. Beautiful house and location! It was perfect for our family (4 adults, toddler and infant) to stay for a quick visit of Seaside and Cannon Beach on our way up the Oregon coast. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was super clean! Including the hot tub. Super neat place with lots of space to hang out. Very pretty view also. Easy access to beach. Had a fire on the beach with wood from the garage. Super neat! Also loved that they had bikes available! Used them as well.

This property was comfortable, clean and spacious for our group! I particularly loved the labeling system as we cleaned the space during our stay to keep all materials organized on ongoing basis. We had more than what we needed for family meals and getting comfortable in our bedrooms. Note that the bottom room got really cold but there is a space heater that really helped with temperature confort. The welcome packet was also very informative.
If you are looking for a place to stay that's spacious for a larger group to both have time together or need a moment for private rejuvenation, and is very clean, this is a great place to go. Plus, the view of the water was spectacular!

We have never found a cleaner, well provisioned home to stay at in Seaside, or anywhere for that matter. This home has high end finishes, and has all the accessories for the beach or a gourmet chef in the kitchen. After 20 years of Seaside, OR vacations, this was the best property we have ever stayed at. We can't wait to go back.

Home is beyond beautiful!!!!! So clean and spacious. Very comfortable for hanging out with family and friends and the location is one in a million, what a view of the ocean and the surfers.

Our stay was exceptional. Perfect location for beach combing, touring Seaside, and watching surfers on the ocean waves. Loved the rocking chairs by front window. We spent hours there in mornings relaxing drinking coffee and mesmerized by ocean waves. Plenty of room for the whole family. Our kids wanted to live there.

• Stairs have gates for kids and dogs

Cons:
• 3 floors is alot of stairs!
• utility is on 3rd floor. For such a big home, would be nice to have 2nd utility on main floor or bottom floor.
• Going down to the bottom floor to let our dog out for potty breaks got my steps in but also was exhausting at times.
• The heating thermostat is centrally located on the main floor. Would have been nice for a thermostat zoned for each floor. This left the bottom bedroom coldish. Which we didn't use that bedroom and did not bother us.

We are a group of 8 women from all over the country who met in medical school in 1983 and we try to take a trip together every year. The photos don't do this house justice. It was sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortably and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and we used a lot of it for our daily brunches. There are ample towels, pillows, bed linens, and throw blankets. Even when it rained we were all perfectly content to sit in front of the fireplace looking out the huge windows at the beach a stone's throw across the street. We walked on the beach and hiked a couple of trails and ate at some good restaurants, but mostly just relaxed and enjoyed each other's company in this wonderful house.

You are right in front of the beach, but with a road between you and the beach. It’s a road that’s 25 mph but it was a constant watching of the kids and dog to get back and forth. The views from the living room and master were amazing, it’s a beautiful beach area. House was awesome, very clean, perfect for two families, beds were super comfortable and the layout was great. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Master room and bath was fantastic. Had great recommendations from the hosts and they were fast to respond. Definitely a great place to stay!

My husband and I brought our two kids and a friend each for a fabulous trip to Seaside. The house was immaculate, well stocked from kitchen items to bikes, kites, chairs and a wagon to haul everything to the beach and even fans for all the rooms! The hot tub was easy to access and preheated, definitely a nice treat. You can't beat the location and the view! There were a few minor issues that Malia and Arnold addressed IMMEDIATELY, thank you! Their quick response put us at ease for anything we needed.
Our family of 7 have rented 20-30 houses over the years and this house was definitely one of the top 3, we will be back!
