Extremely thankful for the accommodations that our host offered. The house was everything it was described in the listing. Kevin was extremely responsive and was able to meet our request. Our yearly Thanksgiving gathering was amazing, around family and a lovely place.

This home provided a warm, spacious & comfortable place for three families to stay for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The accommodations were better than expected, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the beds were so comfortable. Thanks to our hosts, Kevin & Kari, for sharing their wonderful home with us. 😊 We highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed a family vacation this past week at Kevin's house. What a beautiful spot! Had everything we were looking for. All bedrooms were a very good size and comfortably fit all 9 adults with a room to spare! The house is spacious and the dock and boathouse was great! We spent most of our time in the water. The cove is very quiet and the water was about 80 degrees. Very comfortable for swimming and kayaking. Kevin was a very responsive host and we look forward to coming back some time soon.

We enjoyed the house, each family had their own floor. Well furnished with paper products and kitchen spices. The host was very receptive to our needs or questions. The boat house was well equipped with water floats etc.

Had another great week on Lake Anna. The property is excellent for families like ours with plenty of bedrooms and open areas for families to enjoy time together.

Rented this house two years in a row. Owners were great and very communicative however, the house has gone down a lot. People have really been hard on it. Blinds broken, bathroom counter tops broken and the carpets are really bad. The cleaning company the used pretty much at best swept and put the new linens on the bed. Counters were sticky as were the tables and floors. Evidence of mice from all the food crumbs in the cabinets. The owner gave us our cleaning deposit back, which was nice. But it was a pretty rough stay. Was equally as disappointing because it was wonderful the year before. So we decided to come back for a special birthday celebration. The owner was extremely responsive because the stove wasn’t working and had someone come right out. Hopefully they will visit snd see the issues snd fix for the next people who rent.

The view of the sunset just let you know you were definitely on vacation, even though it was just a weekend it definitely was a great location to stay. Everything was exactly as mentioned in the reviews. Would rent this house again. Thank you so much 😊

We had a great time and a great experience. The home was well maintained and fit the needs of all our guest. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table, swimming, and kayaking. Would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Lake Anna Getaway
Beautiful property with all the household and lakefront amenities needed. The large beds/bedrooms and 2 living areas were perfect for our large group. Owner had great communication. We loved our stay!

Awesome week on Lake Anna
The house, property, and accommodations were outstanding. The lake front property and dock were perfect for the family to hang out at the lake. The house was also spacious and each of the bedrooms were perfect for our family. Overall it was one of the best vacations our family has had on Lake Anna.

I really can't say enough about this property. I have never seen such a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were perfect for our girls trip, each of us was able to have our own room. The bedrooms are very spacious. Also, great communication with owners and they were so accommodating. We have never been able to check-in early, and this was the first time; and it made us feel like we had an extra day. I would definitely recommend this property; and plan to book it again myself in the future. The property is beautiful!!

The bedrooms are very spacious. Also, great communication with owners and they were so accommodating. Better than the pictures. Incredibly Spacious kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms and basement. 3 king beds!!!! Perfect for kids and teens and of course adults. Overly stocked kitchen with high end appliances, cleaning supplies and plenty of seating . Amazing soaker bathtubs. Awesome basement with three bedrooms for all the kids. Clean, modern, everything you need for a perfect getaway. Kevin and Kari (and even the neighbors who were in town) were welcoming and helpful. Got a visit from the cops (for something unrelated to us) and even they were nice. Will definitely return!!

We arrived to a beautiful home clean, spacious and well stocked. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The property was well maintained, the view was spectacular The decor was modern heated floor in the bathroom, this house delivers in all aspects . We had everything we needed and did not even need to leave the property. I cannot thank him enough for assisting us with an amazing time together and creating long lasting memories . This is by far one of the best Air B and B experiences. We had such an amazing weekend together ,wished we could stay longer. We will definitely be back for another gathering. I would give more stars if possible
