This is a dated unit in a good location. Positives: very close to the slopes. Less than 5 minute walk to the peak 9 lift on level ground. Master bath has new sinks and shower. Large TVs in each room. Quick communication with the booking agent. Negatives: looks very dated overall. Needs a coat of paint! Lots of little things they are just annoying: two sinks in master but one bath mat and no soap dishes. Very cheap quality toilet paper and Kleenex possible. Two lounge chairs in the FR but no ottomans to put your feet up on. Master bed is extra firm. Worked well for me but if you are someone who wants a soft bed, you would be very disappointed. Parking is a challenge. The garage is extremely tight and they did not have parking available for us the first two nights. I was able to park those nights outside in front of the rental agents office but that was a ten minute walk. Overall good location, expensive for the quality in my opinion and it could use some TLC to make it a more pleasant place to hang out.

We love the location. Easy access to peak 9 and 10. Great parking and easy to walk or drive into town. This unit is just a bit dated. They renovated the bathrooms but all fixtures are inexpensive and poorly installed. It’s not the owner’s fault necessarily, they did a great job with the master bath update, but the installation of cheap fixtures (and poorly installed) takes away from the effort to upgrade.With that said, the unit is still very nice, comfortable and in an absolutely terrific location. We would go back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property is very nice and good location. The rental was not as advertised though. We were told they didn't have onsite parking for us on the second day and we had to move our car. Created a huge hassle and ruined our time and plans. Couldn't find the placeThe digital keys didn't work very well.The room was run down and many hazards.Spa was very nice and the best part of the stay!
