There were 4 of us staying at this property. We all agreed that we would rent again given the opportunity. This is a well-appointed property. Extremely clean and well taken care of. They provide everything you could need. The welcome basket with coffee, chocolates, chips, etc. was a nice touch.

The house was perfect for our stay in the Villages to visit family. They had everything to keep us comfortable. The home was new & clean. The only negative was that it was described as being closer to Fernandina on the map, but was a bit further away. Probably just a VRBO map glitch. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

While visiting family we stayed at this wonderful home. It was very well equipped with all your needs of home. The owners were so delightful. Their constant communication to make sure everything was going well shows how much they truly care. The cleanliness of the home was so exceptional. We will definitely stay here next time.

Unfortunately we were only at this residence for 4 days. The home was immaculate, well stocked with all the stuff you need to make yourself at home. Dishes, towels, appliances, ect. The golf cart worked perfectly. The hosts, Linda and Howard left a very comprehensive binder that helped with navigating not only their house but the whole Villages. We did not need to contact the manager, everything was well laid out and worked as it should.
You could tell the hosts wanted you to enjoy your stay at their home.
We were very pleased with the experience and would definitely stay again. Thank you Linda and Howard for letting us use your home.

The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and very well appointed. The host (Annette) was in contact with us immediately, with all the information we needed. The golf cart is a wonderful addition for exploring the Villages. They have a binder of information about the area that is a wonderful touch. The Map and distances are a bit off in the listing, but the area is beautiful.

We took the family down to visit our grandparents who also live in the Villages.
The house is in great shape and in a convenient location. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Have access to the golf cart helped a bunch since we were 6 people in one car and it allowed us to split up.

We took a quick trip from Texas to Florida to see family. This house was a perfect size and location for us. It was equipped with all the essentials and exactly as the pictures showed. Above all of that what impressed us the most was Annette and her property manager. You never really know how these things are going to go but these two were so friendly helpful and prompt in their responses even with all of my “oh one more question “ texts. Our only regret was we just didn’t have the time to explore the Villages and all it has to do. Thanks Annette we enjoyed your home.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The home was in immaculate condition, in a phenomenal neighborhood, and had all of the amenities we could want. The owners and property manager were extremely helpful and accommodating. This is definitely the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and will look to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Everything was as good or better as advertised. The house was beautiful and easy to find. Communication through the whole process was phenomenal. We would strongly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. The map on the app showed it north of 44 but it’s actually south. It’s still not far from anything and is in a beautiful new part of The Villages.

This was our second time staying in the Callaghan’s lovely home. During our stay there was an issue with the central air system. The property managers were very responsive as was our host, Annette. Problem resolved quickly.

Lovely home in a quiet, peaceful village, simply, tastefully and beautifully decorated! Nice lanai with view of neighborhood was a plus. Not fond of fences closing in a lanai and this did not disappoint. Personable correspondence from owners, and pleasant and resourceful contact person!
Was so grateful for this find, especially our first time in The Villages where there’s so much to explore!
