Me and my family loved this place. Very clean. Has a lot of space. It was a very easy check in and out process. The hosts were responsive to all messages. It was a great experience!

House is huge- pictures does it no justice. No details were missed. Bedrooms are huge, many bathrooms. Check in process was easy as ever. Host very responsive. No issues. Will stay again.

House was nice and big needs bigger beds for a party of 10 house smells nice floors needs mopping my daughters socks were filthy..It also was cold downstairs I hate being cold..The heat takes awhile time to heat up downstairs..Give this house a 6-7 Reginald the host was nice always responded back, the check in process was good no problems.

We were able to check in very easily, and it was easy to find. The street doesn’t look the best.. but this is the nicest house on the block. inside was really nice and we felt safe! lots of space to spread out, four floors! lots of bathrooms too which was nice. It has an outdoor area too which was nice so you didnt have to hang out in the front. the kitchen was well stocked with things, and they provided extra blankets and towels. The listing says there is a camera at the front door, but i thought this meant a ring camera outside - but this camera was inside facing the living area which we did think was a little weird. It should be just for outside to give guests privacy. Overall the house was comfy and we had a great stay would recommend :)

Our place was not clean, tissues in the bed, dirty linen on the shower, food left in the fridge. When the cleaning lady came she had an attitude. Although she offered compensation for our time, this place left a bad taste in our mouth. We heard gunshots at night. Would not recommend

It was great to stay in such a beautiful home. My family and I loved the location. Close to University city and City Avenue. Host was gracious and his communication was on point.

Over all it is a very nice place to stay. It does need new towels and bed sheets. The place do smell wonderful and have good energy.

The house was lovely, clean, close by the UPenn campus. The only issue was that we were told we could not have the door code until day before, after I messaged the manager several times. There were guests coming from different cities and we needed the code for coordination amongst us. But it all worked out.

Reginald was extremely accommodating with the check in process, easy to communicate with, and the home was clean, and in my opinion a great location centrally located.

my friends and I stayed for the Taylor swift concert. The place was clean and we loved the neighbors cats! The place looked like the photos. The owner was very responsive on VRBO.

The house was a good place to stay for our family of 8 adults and 4 kids to spend a long wknd together. Clean and neat, bedrooms as described. Kitchen could have been better equipped, a large group might not want to do a lot of cooking here. Neighborhood not the greatest but safe, good street parking, and close to downtown.

This house was nicely updated though it lacked all the basic amenities necessary for the stay and was not as clean as it should have been. Multiple beds only had decorative pillows on them and there were 3 bath towels for the whole house. One of the bath towels looked as though it had been used to dust the house and then hung back up. Overall, it felt like the house was still being put together by the owner and wasn’t ready yet. The neighborhood is less than desirable if you are unfamiliar with the area.

Place was very cute and very clean. Two of the bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. Property manager answered my questions very quickly.
