Nice little place. Very convenient, as we could walk anywhere in the town. Hot water not very hot in the shower. Bed very comfy.

Loved the location and definitely a cute apartment perfect for a couple wanting to have a relaxing vacation in Lake City. The only complaint I have is there were some stains on the sheets/pillow cases. They did not appear to have been cleaned prior to us arriving(or the stains just didn’t wash out). We had our own pillows and blankets so it worked out okay. The wifi wasn’t working but we hardly needed to use it anyway. Also the shower temperature got relatively warm but not as hot as we would have preferred. Which is odd because the sink water got very hot. Overall would definitely stay again it was a great week in the mountains!

Great small place for a visit to Lake City
Property is as described. A very clean studio with an oversized bathroom and a small kitchen perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. We had a couple cool days and we’re able to keep the place warm with the two radiant heaters. The main source of heat on the thermostat - a gas fireplace - was not connected. Easy walking distance to town. ATV rentals across the street. Thanks owners!

Hinsdale/Lake City Property
This is a nice little property to stay nights on vacation. It has a lovely front room and bathroom with a huge shower. The location is fun and convenient for traveling and watching the traffic.

This property was clean and well-located. However, communication from the host was limited and he ignored my request for an earlier check in. It was a chilly and rainy weekend in Lake City, and the gas fireplace heating unit was disconnected from the gas line. There was a small space heater which was insufficient for the unit. Water in shower was warm but never hot, and ran out after one shower. The kitchen mini stove/fridge (one unit) was unplugged, and there was a sign warning not to run more than one kitchen appliance at once, or it would trip the breaker. There was an instruction on how to access the breaker in case this happened, but the 'man and dog painting' that the breaker was behind was not a man and dog painting at all, but a modern print. Confusing. All in all disappointing for a place that we paid over $600 for 3 nights.

Great spot for couples!
We stay in LC every year and move around to various properties. We would certainly stay here again. It’s very clean and has all you need esp if you tend not to want to eat out all the time. Great communication with host. We had zero issues with this property.

Cozy cabin
This property was extremely cozy and adorable. We enjoyed the updated bathroom and cute kitchenette- had everything we needed. Thank you for a nice place to stay, we would definitely rent again!

Cottage in the mountains
Booked this spot for a.friend get away to access Lake City and surrounding hiking trails. The cottage was perfect for our needs. It was clean, convenient, and quiet. Just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.
