This was truly an excellent place to stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. The condo was extremely comfortable and had great amenities. The view was perfect, and it was conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and family.

Views were phenomenal and loved sitting out on the lanai for breakfast and games. Location was great. Small hiccup, The first day we were unable to connect with the internet. Reached out and the building had recently changed internet company's and so we were able to connect the next morning. Communication with the management company was great. Was really nice to have the elevators for the luggage and groceries. Would defiantly stay there again when in Maui.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we loved the view and location near the public pickleball courts, we were disappointed by the unit. Nice kitchen/bath renovation with countertops/cabinets top notch, but ugly fluorescent lighting detracts as does no oven hood and dated microwave. Furnishings were subpar, especially the queen bed which we note has already been complained of repeatedly. Sleeping on the mattress very unpleasant, topper on mattress even worse, and we had to remove it: please hear that mattress NEEDS REPLACING. Also subpar: small TV, exposed cords, dated lamps/dinette/art work. Fan in bathroom dated, not clean. Would be nice to provide an umbrella and boogie board to beach items, towels and beach chairs adequate. Complex well kept, laundry worked out fine although not in unit. Parking spaces extremely small/narrow. For the amount we paid we expected much better. If improvements not made, a lower price point could be appropriate, as-is this unit definitely not worth the expense and we would not return to nor recommend this property.
