It was very comfortable with everything we needed. Cozy, especially with a morning fire in the fireplace, and we loved the view off the back deck. Easy and timely communication with owner.

We had our annual Thanksgiving celebration in Plumas Pines. I have been using VRBO properties for over 20 years for golf outings with four couples and I can honestly say this property is one of cleanest ones we have ever rented. A great quite beautiful area. Jeff was tremendous to work with
His place is definitely a keeper. I would highly recommend this property.

TV rules of having to have your own streaming password was very frustrating. We were unable to watch playoff games, local news, etc. The oven was very dirty and the fireplace not cleaned. Had to use room freshener to get rid of soot smell. Light bulbs out in both bathrooms, when we opened screen door to go out on deck, it fell off the runner. We replaced it and didn't use it again. Ice maker and water dispenser did not work on the fridge. Bag of dog waste left on side of house by previous occupant. We were curious what we paid a cleaning deposit for. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. We will not return

Well appointed home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Close to golf and hiking. The kitchen was very well provisioned and we had everything we needed. Nice large private deck out back. It was just the two of us, but would be great for a family. Host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this again!

We had a fantastic time. The house was in the pines and very quiet. Convenient to everything we wanted. We loved the place and will certainly come again!

Great house and great experience. Loved just sitting on the deck and having a glass of wine. Just 5 min walk to the river and 10 min drive to town and the shops. Will definitely be back.

House is in a good location, nice trees and view from the back deck. Spacious living room and kitchen, larger dining table and better dining chairs than in the photos. Kitchen cabinets look original, ok, but new cabinets would be better. Only a 2 person outside table, a 4 or 6 person table on the back deck should be added. Overall ok and we would stay there again.

We had a great time even with the rain. the area is perfect for dog walking. the deck with the view of the trees is beautiful ! the house was perfect for our group of 5 adults, 2 children and two dogs

Great property! If you like the outdoors or just want to relax, this is the place to stay! The home is spacious and very clean. The hosts are great! Recommend this locale highly!

First visit to area and would say it’s a bit like Tahoe without the crowds. Nice golf courses. Surprisingly hot but should have anticipated that. Adequate space for our group of five. Kitchen and living areas nicely redone. Great outdoor deck but could use a large umbrella or two with a dining table to eat comfortably outdoors. Two smaller bedrooms are basic.
