The location was perfect, walkable to Colonial Williamsburg and a short drive to Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens and the beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Parking was close by and passes were available when we checked in. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and a toddler and found the space to be very comfortable and quiet. We brought baby gates to confine the toddler as there are a lot of stairs. We assigned the teens to the third floor bedroom/suite and they loved having that private space. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great all week! The backyard garden is serene and has plenty of seating. Our favorite part was the delicious breakfast each morning that Val, Cat and Lilly made for us! We felt very pampered! They left the kitchen spotless! We reached out to Laura once about a minor concern and it was addressed immediately! This was our first experience with a B&B and we were delighted!

A very unique experience as we were able to rent the entire inn to accommodate our family of adult children, their children and our dogs.So much space available with additional sitting spaces in some of the suites. Enclosed backyard which we were able to use daily.Well stocked Kitchen that we used for making our Easter meal. Added bonus of the morning breakfast being provided daily. The food was truly outstanding every day.Minor issue with HVAC resolved immediately by the host who was easy to reach and very welcoming. Very obvious that she cares about providing a good experience.Would not hesitate to recommend this property and we would look forward to returning again soon!

wonderful stay but could not give 5 stars because we had no heat in one bedroom for 2 nights and no heat on the first floor for two days. The host did get us 4 space heaters but the temp was still in the 50s in the rooms mentioned. Breakfast were wonderful and the house fit our needs but the cold made for a "not top drawer" experience. Sitting around the living room at night in blankets is not fun.
