Overall loved the location. The property had all the needed necessities and the host was great on communication.

The property was close to Tracy Aviary, which had a fabulous light display. Everything at the house worked perfectly for the two of us.

A friend and I are both from out of town. We were visiting mutual friends who do not have the space for us to stay with them anymore. This was super convenient to get back and forth to their apartment. We enjoyed the fact that we had more space here than at a motel room, for less money. All the other reviews were correct - this place is exceptionally clean. My friend did hear more noise sleeping on the futon than I did sleeping in the bedroom. (Neighbors had a party Saturday night. Not too loud but occasionally would wake her) For a couple or a single person, this would truly be ideal. We would look to using this place again should we have an opportunity.

This property was exactly what I was hoping it was going to be: something I would like to rent at future time in the neighborhood I am considering moving into. I really enjoyed the accessibility to the surrounding area and the ease of getting in to and out of the house. The owner was wonderful and communicative and quickly responded to my messages. I would very likely stay here again. Great price. Great house. Comfortable furniture. The right amount of amenities in the house, plates, silverware, coffee. Absolutely loved Salt Palace.

Travel can be an exhausting endeavor that zaps your energy and you yearn for quiet and relaxation. Well, worry not, gentle traveler, you've found a calming abode in this duplex apartment. With a king size bed, a full kitchen, a dining room, and a living room, you can stretch out and watch some TV or watch movies and shows on Roku. Groceries arent far and we ate-in on a couple of nights to save money. The location of this home ia great for a quick walk to a bagel shop on 700 South and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Liberty Park. In fact, I walked to the park each morning to get my day started! The owner was responsive when we needed her, otherwise she let us bask in the beauty of the city surrounding us. Should we return to SLC for another visit, we won't hesitate to check the availability of this great vacation rental!

Very quiet. Excellent location to downtown. Heather very attentive to extra needs. There are 2 separate set of about 4 steps to get into duplex. Could not hear anything from next door. Kitchen fully supplied. Keurig coffee maker

A great little stay close to the University of Utah… We walk to a coffee shop in the morning and enjoyed coming in and out at this place. Izzy, check in. Heather was very responsive! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the location in this lower cost VRBO. The owner is a sweetheart; very responsive and conscientious. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Biggest issue for us was how uncomfortable the furniture is. There was nowhere to sit and put your feet up. The furniture was just hard.
Next issue was lack of rails on the front stairs. Though maybe not required, it would be safer to have them. It was difficult to get a suitcase up the stairs without a railing for support and leverage. I actually tripped twice, and there was nothing to grab to keep me from falling, but I managed not to go completely down.
We were really excited about our stay. Everything was as advertised, and we loved everything else about the location. Just sorry it wasn't comfortable for us.

Heather's home was perfect for my two month stay! Clean, comfortable, had the right storage space for my clothes and other belongings since I was a long term stay. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals at home, and the neighborhood is perfect. It's on a cozy, quiet street but walkable to so much - including the 9th and 9th area with cute restaurants, coffee shops, yoga, etc., with both TJs and Whole Foods just down the road. Plus it's close to great hiking, Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. A perfect home base to explore Salt Lake and surrounding areas. I would absolutely stay here again!

Heather is a great host. We had a serious situation come up where I had to break the door when the baby locked himself into the bathroom with water in the tub. I tried everything before breaking the door. I, of course, let Heather know right away and will be paying the damage. She was gracious and understanding. I will use her again. Local is perfect if you’re a foodie.

Perfect space to base out of while visiting family in SLC. Cozy, feel-good place in a nice, quiet location. Well equipped. The pix accurately portray the space- which is super cute. Heather was very easy to work with and communicated well. Will definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!
