Carillon is a great development and the homes are impressive. This particular house is ideally situated right next to the beach access with a great location. That’s about where it ends. Nothing about this property seems to be done for the benefit of the guests. For a higher end price, this should be way better. As a result, we would not rent this one again. There’s more than this but I just felt the need to paint a picture. Kitchen - the cooking implements are a collection of odds and ends that resemble a college kitchen - Literally 4 usable drinking glasses including one pint glass and one tumbler (remainder are odds and ends or plastic cups) - Two wine glasses (but 5 or 6 champagne) - We ended up mixing salad in one of the limited number of pots because no sizable bowls - Fry / sauté pans are super old and everything sticks - We thought, no worries, we’ll use the grill. Unfortunately, there is no grill (at the beach, that’s a deal killer) - Also no blender (at the beach?) - House sleeps 8 and table seats 6. No extra chairs that fit the table Arrival — no instructions for the house to let you know what media / other comforts are available. Figure all out on your on your own — cable would make it easy but there is none so reliant on the smart TVs. Remotes scattered Other: — Dirty floors — stained sheets — dishes and flatware: food on them — No desk so if want to work, it’s the small main area — Queen rooms had queen headboards but mattresses were smaller

Loved how close it is to the beach, at walkway 1. Bedrooms were huge but living spaces are a bit smaller than expected. However the kitchen and living spaces are dated and not as clean as they should be.

Clean, good location, close to the beach and well furnished.

Everyone in my family loves this property, as it sits right by the beach acess to the prestine white sand beach. Impeccable cleanliness, lovely grounds, and many amenities such as the pools and the little market. We only had an issue with the door locks, but that was purely user error. It's a bit tricky to operate as you must first lift the handles up in order to lock.

Spacious home, on row two, just a few steps from the beach. The construction across the street was a bummer but that doesn't have anything to do with lovely property. The guest house is close to the main property side entry, so if the guest house is booked, you might see those guests coming and going in close proximity to the main house. Lovely property, book today!!!
