The entire party had an amazing time and even talked about coming back. Easy to get in touch with the owner and the process was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a place to stay.

Positives One block and an easy walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub made for a nice backyard retreat. Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults, 3 children, and one infant. Half bathroom downstairs on patio level very convenient for pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking spaces. Fenced in the backyard makes it a very private place to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Pet deposit refunded same day as checkout. The provided washer and dryer were great when having small children and an infant along on the vacation. Negatives States that there is room enough for 16 guests, but we had to buy plastic forks to be able to eat because there were not enough forks or spoons for our 9 to eat. The kitchen, and dining room floors were filthy, and the bottom of bare feet would be black after walking around. The cleaning fee is ridiculous if that is how well it was cleaned. We didn’t even have a broom that we could sweep up any messes or sand from the floors. Not enough paper towels supplied, or maybe we are supposed to supply our own when visiting a VRBO property. But at this price point per night we shouldn’t have to bring or provide anything other than food. It was stated that there would be salt, pepper, oil, and wine glasses. There were none of these and we had to go out and buy them. The upstairs carpet is very stained. One upstairs bathroom sink and tub would not drain so you showered in standing water. We could get only one of the multiple TVs to work with the Roku unit. Broken couch on the downstairs patio. The downstairs ice maker never worked. Board missing on the patio off the pool area could be an accident waiting to happen with children around. The futon was broken in the master bedroom. There was a note on it stating that management or maintenance was aware of it, but it should just be removed. Positive that a rollaway bed was provided as a replacement. Or is that rollaway counted as part of the 16 places to sleep? Broken outlet cover in the bedroom with bunk beds (kids room). We covered it with a piece of duct tape to keep small fingers out. One set of sheets for the king-size bed didn’t fit and must have been for a queen bed instead of the king. Multiple lamps didn’t work in the bedrooms. The backyard needs a lot of cleanup. No grass just lots of weeds and dirt. A large metal beam with a clump of concrete is not very pleasing to look at and danger to children. The elevator is nonoperational.

Beautiful house, large and accommodates many! Loved how many beds and bathrooms there were. The location was perfect, right next to the beach!

The perfect get away for a family vacation. We put the 3o somethings up here, close to the beach. The decor is industrial cool for the modern generation but all the amenities that are useful for a wide range of guests. Easy walk to the beach and close driving distance to the best restaurants in Murrell's Inlet. Reasonable drive to popular area attractions like Broadway on the Beach or Huntington Beach State Park. A few hiccups that the property owner responded to as best they could. We didn't need to use the elevator or dishwasher for our short stay but recommend a service check before full season begins. Sincere thanks to our hosts for a memorable stay.
