Very clean property and great location. Only recommendation I would have is bring a fan if you like to sleep in cooler temps. The air is set and locked on 73 and we prefer cooler temps while sleeping. Thankfully there was a box fan on property, as we flew and weren’t able to bring one. The living area stays nice and cool. House is well stocked with everything you need!

We had a very good experience, the house was incredible and the pool is large and we enjoyed it a lot. The only bad thing was the air conditioning is a bit hot.

We had an amazing week! Everything in the home was perfect for our family of 3. Everyone had their own king room and the beds were so comfortable! Kitchen was great and had everything we needed! We loved the fenced yard for our pet and the pool was great for our night swims and cocktails! Very close to the beach and awesome restaurants! Ashley left so many personal touch that made us feel at home! She was also easy to communicate with, responded quickly and took care of us immediately! The road construction wasn’t an issue! We will definitely return and recommend this property!

We had a great time here. The house was perfect for my family. The pool was relaxing, with easy access to the grill. Near to beach access. I would stay here again.

The house is well-kept. The bottle of wine and towels shaped like animals was a nice touch. The house has the essentials for the kitchen, plus pool noodles and donuts, along with a large and smaller cooler, beach chairs and bikes. The construction others spoke about didn't disrupt our sleep, nor was it annoying. Ashley always got back to us within 24 hours through the Vrbo app. There are two coffee machines, a keurig and a larger coffee maker with a reusable filter. We had a great time.

Ashley’s place is your home away from home but better. My husband and I and our two daughters (a 2 year old & a 3 month old) had the BEST week staying here. Some of the many things we loved:
-pool was amazing.. perfect temp.. toys and floats were so great to have for toddler and us!
-grill worked great, loved grilling dinner at home
-beds were SUPER comfy
-place was very very clean (& cute!)
-quiet neighborhood. Nights in the pool were so peaceful
- close to beach. We drove because we had so much stuff for kids, but it could definitely be biked/walked (bikes available at house!). Parking garage at Vanderbilt beach was easy
-close to groceries! Took my babies on a nice stroller walk up to Trader Joe’s (.6 miles)
-laundry room - stocked with detergent etc and plenty of space to store suitcases
-easy code access for come and go
-well stocked kitchen for eating at home!
-baby stuff!!! There were actually TWO mini cribs and a pack n play, a high chair, and lots of sand toysx
What a WONDERFUL stay! We can’t wait to come back :)

The only reason I gave a 4 stars on location was because of the road construction going on that was not mentioned in the listing or in the communication thread with the owner. That was inconvenient, but would not stop us from renting in the future !

This was the perfect size property for our week in Naples for spring break for 5 of us and our 2 small dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach (few blocks) and restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and there were plenty of floats and toys for pool and the beach. Only drawbacks were that there was road construction right in front of the house multiple days so we had to park a block away so we could use our car. This isn't a reflection on the property but may want to confirm this is completed prior to staying. The other item is that I didn't notice that there isn't a dishwasher until we arrived. We didn't eat in too often so it wasn't a problem but if you plan to cook a lot may be something to consider. Overall we loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Nice place. Unfortunately, road outside was torn up due to construction for 4 weeks we were there, so it was noisy and dusty (dirt road) during that time. We had to keep the front blinds closed, so the house was dark.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for my family of 5. Everyone enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood. Nice pool although the water was too cold for our liking during this time of the year. We did put our feet in it. Beds are so comfortable! Ashley was super sweet and answered any questions I had with a rapid response time. Definitely would stay here again.

THIS IS A VERY NICE AND RELAXING PLACE IT IS CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING AND PLACES TO GO. VANDERBILT BEACH IS RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD WHICH IS ALSO VERY NICE.

We had a family wedding to attend in Bonita Springs so when the hurricane hit and damaged the rental we had booked we were scrambling to find a place in the area. Ashley's place in Naples Park was perfect! It is a lovely home with lots of space and a beautiful patio with a pool. I think we used every pot and pan in the kitchen too! Very satisfied!

This house is perfectly adequate. Our party of three enjoyed staying here. Pros: lovely pool, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, comfortable mattresses, bikes.
Cons: Small kitchen with very basic kitchen utensils. Not sure how you could cook for a family of 8 here. Weird situation with the master bedframe not matching the mattress. No cushions on the outdoor hard plastic lounge chairs.

I was very concerned about the condition of the property due to the recent hurricane but The host Ashley responded quickly to my questions and eased my concerns. Upon arrival we found the home to be very clean and in great condition. I would vacation there again.

My family and I stayed here last week and we did not want to go home. Ashley’s home is gorgeous. I had contacted Ashley about a pack and play and she accommodated every one of our needs before we even got there. Ashley got back to me so quickly. There was even a high chair for my baby which was huge. The pool is gorgeous and the beds are so comfortable! I wanted to take the bed home with me ha ha we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much Ashley you are amazing!

This home was Wonderful from start to finish! So beautifully and comfortably decorated and furnished. CLEAN! CLEAN! Has everything you need to feel like your own home! Beds are so comfortable. Really enjoyed the bikes and beach items. Ashley was so sweet and answered all my questions and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. 1 mile bike ride to beach. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to EVERYTHING!

Enjoyed our stay, everything was exactly as the listing stated. Would recommend more towels to decrease washing less as well as the ability to turn down the air conditioning….. 2 of our nights it reached 76 degrees &!was too hot.

We had a very nice stay. Rooms are clean, spacious with a modern decor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House is located 5min drive to the Wiggins pass beach and Vanderbilt beach. Pool was a plus, since the weather changes in the afternoons. If you can't go to the beach due to the thunderstorm there is always a "window in the weather" so you can enjoy the pool.

Everything was great, the home was very clean and cozy, only downside was that the AC is remotely controlled so it could not be lowered under 72 degrees.

First Family Vacation

From the point of check in to check out we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The home was spacious with so many amenities to help guests feel right at home. Impressed by 3 spacious bedrooms all with King beds, one of which has slider doors leading to pool and backyard. The backyard is a private setting equipped with a in ground pool, many water inflatables, bikes, multiple areas for seating , Gas Barbeque. There are two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry/storage room and a carport. In the living room there are two sofas and a daybed. The living room and all three bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs. It was such a help having a washer and dryer. We had the washer malfunction at one point but this was resolved to our satisfaction promptly with the owner providing a replacement washing machine.
We highly recommend this property to a couple or family wishing to vacation in Naples. Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Sanibel/Captiva Islands, Marco islands are all close by and make for good day trips.
Conveniences of several restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, attractions are all within minutes away.
We would highly recommend this property and hope to return one day.
The owner was very professional, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.

Perfect for family
Property was exactly how listed! The only downside is bedroom with the crib is the only pool/direct access to the backyard! It also gets a warm in that room. Other then this the home was perfect for our family/friend vacation! Close to beach and having the pool was awesome for kids!

Very clear communication and fast response from owner, property is clean and located and a nice neighborhood close to anything you may want to be in your vacation, we didnt need to go anywhere to enjoy our vacation.
